Severely understaffed, so wouldn't take phone orders and the dining room was closed. The only way to get food was the drive through. But they were well organized and very efficient. Mere seconds from placing order I had food in hand.
My wife went through the drive through and ordered four meals. This location was completely out of rice and made her wait to get super greens instead (same thing happened the day prior as well). They made her wait for 10-15 minutes and then didn't even put her meal in the bag. I called and spoke to a worker and explained the situation. I was super nice about it at first, but she had an IMMEDIATE attitude with me and said, "I already said I'm sorry, stuff like this just happens sometimes." I politely asked if she could get my wife a coupon or something since she had to drive 20 minutes back to pick up her food that they forgot and she said, "I can not do that." I asked instead to speak with her manager then and she said, "I don't need to let you do that." I said I was going to call corporate if she didn't let me talk to her manager and asked her name, to which she replied, "I don't have to give you my name." By this point I was so aggravated with her attitude, indecency, and complete unwillingness to help that I cussed her out and hung up. I called corporate and they assured me the manager would call me back in the next 24 hours and they failed to even do that. Believe it or not, this is the SECOND time something like has happened where they don't give us our food and we never get a call back or get refunded for it, not to mention the countless times our orders have been wrong or you're out of food. I will never support this company again. Panda, you as a company need to do better. You need to hire managers who care about your customers and you need to train your employees. I really truly hope this location shuts down and we get something better.
My wife and I used to eat here 3 to 4 times a month . I'm done with this place seasoning not very good very rude customer service at the window.. Price hike without an explanation . I'm done going to Redmond Panda Express
If could rate it lower I certainly would! I ordered for delivery, paid for and was charged for 12 spring rolls but only received 2!! When I called to inquire about it I was told that they couldn’t reimburse me through the app and they hung up on me. I called again and she stated that she thought I hung up on her. When I asked what she was going to do about my order.. no response and was hung up on again!! Will definitely not recommend this restaurant or order from it again. My food was also cold!!
Order dinner for delivery. Gets here in a reasonable time. Open up everything and there are 10 egg rolls missing. Ordered the large side of egg rolls. Which is over $10 and comes with 12. Only got 2 of them. To top it off all the sides and entries are also cold. When we called about the egg rolls. They said we could come and get them..no refund available. So, paying for delivery becomes pointless when you have to drive to get the food that is missing.Then the person hung up on us without a word. Pretty poor service. All in all cost around $20 for the missing food and the delivery charge/tip. To be told you can come get it yourself. Last time I order here.
Staff is nice . Super fast getting food . Family and I order big orders for dinner some times . Never once messed it up
Terrible service. Never know if they are open. Was told to leave when I tried the drive through before 11. Been told twice the drive through is closed, use the lobby. And tried one more time and find the lobby also closed. Too inconsistent.
The kung Pao chicken is really good.
It's so absurd to charge for water. After I paid 20 bucks for me and my ladies meal I get thirsty. The lady was rude about me hollering over the counter because believe me if u walk up to the counter at this Panda it will take them 5 minutes to even acknowledge your presence.
They are super fast, I appreciate that, when I feel rushed I tent to forget things, drop things, or fill up with anxiety... for fast food, It’s not awful, the noodles can be a bit greasy but they make up for it in the other stuff like orange chicken and sticky white rice. AND THEY DO DONATE TO CHARITIES AND ASK YOU if you want to as well.
