Relaxing, definitely locally and family owned atmosphere! Food was tasty, no cash and carry slop! The homemade beans and rice were delicious, ordered a side to take home with me.
We had a chance to eat at Mi Cielo today. What delicious, fresh and authentic Mexican food.The owner Alma served us. We felt like we were in someone’s home kitchen. Her husband is the chef and the food is made with love!
Fantastic experience. Atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Food was fresh. Had a great talk with the owner Alma who was friendly and sweet. No walk in soall their food is crisp and fresh. Will be coming back soon and many times to come!
I love this place! We just happened upon this restaurant today and I couldn’t have been more happy with our experience! Alma is a wonderful owner, host, server. I felt very welcomed. The food was fresh and amazing! I highly recommend the mokalita!! We will definitely be back! ♥️

I love this place. I love the husband and wife who operates it, I love that their family helps out, I love the food, the beer is cold. I just love it. I highly recommend you eat here and eat here often. The green sauce is AMAZING! the salsa is AMAZING, the carnitas are AMAZING. I’ve been getting food here for years and never had anything I didn’t like. Eat in or take out. Soooo dang good. Support small local businesses. Especially this one. And to the guy who was complaining about the chicken, you make your own self look bad without needing help from anyone else. Stick with commercial chain restaurants, seems like you’re more of a Cracker Barrel type.
SO GOOD! This place is 10/10!! The wonderful woman who owns it is so proud of her husbands cooking it’s beyond precious! The food is FANTASTIC + say YES when they ask if you want the sauce with your burrito it’s unbelievably delicious! I suggest the Chile Relleno Burrito cause it is literally my new favorite food. ??
We stopped in for breakfast burritos to go... then we decided to stay and eat and had a Bloody Mary... The burritos were so good and cam with some really good homemade salsa!! Huge burritos for a good price! Highly recommend! We will be back when we come through town again!
Found this gem looking for a vegetarian friendly option. They don't use lard in the refried beans. The food is very, very good! The mole sauce is top notch. Prices are very reasonable.Alma, our host, is the owner along with her husband. Super sweet lady! I'll be coming here again to try some of their other dishes. You really need to try this place if you're looking for fresh, delicious Mexican food ?.
We had quite a pleasant meal here. The food was good, and the people were nice. As a vegetarian, I was so grateful to find out they use no lard in the food. Also nothing comes from a can. We would definitely eat here again! Thank you Alma.
