I had an Uber eats pickup at this location, front doors were closed around 8:30, so I proceeded to the drive thru where they told me to pull up to second window. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes in line for them to tell me my order (which was small) was not ready. I had to go to the wait parking and proceed to wait another 10 minutes while the entirety of the long drive thru line was gone, then they finally brought my order. I will never ever go back to this location and any other Uber or door dash people I hope this helps if your ever frustrated your not the only ones.
I hardly ever leave a bad review unless it is a consistent issue. It takes forever to get breakfast here. There’s been many times where you pull up to order and no one greets you you sit there and watch multiple cars on the other side order while you were still sitting there wondering what is going on. This makes absolutely no sense considering there’s cameras in the screen that shows everybody in line. Like I said this wouldn’t be that big of a deal other than the fact I have come here three times and it has happened three times. Then once you get to the window to pick up your food they want you to go waiting in a parking spot even longer. When you receive Your food it is like it’s been on a warmer for two hours
It's McDonald's so typically you know what you're getting into when eating at one.The HWY 97 location is one of two in Redmond, OR. This store was clean although the restrooms were not. The staff seemed put off by having to work when I was there Saturday 4/23/2022.My order was not correct and the fries were cold even though I asked for fries without salt.I will try to location on Highland (Rimrock) next time.
Always fast, always hot, always right! The McDonald's every employee should go to for training.
Micky D's is always consistent, decent food at a high price. I need to start using the app. The young lady at the window was very pleasant. Nice change of pace.
They're advertising a hash brown Sandwich breakfast sandwich but truth be known as when you get it you have to put the hash brown on it and the other fixings and they charged her hash brown the advertising I know it's not that particular McDonald's well for the drive-thru window did not help one bit I had to get out of the car go in talk to a manager she didn't know it was happening either and so the other assistant manager came and handed me for hash browns two more new sandwiches and then two of the other that I ordered and over abundance McDonald's as far as McDonald's goes yes I'm happy the employees are getting paid well but they're also getting paid from $10 Big Macs it's getting pricing ridiculous enough to wear I don't really feel like going to McDonald's quarter pounder hamburger buns we're always stale
I just went there and like always they never give you what you want they ask me what salsa you want spicy or mild I ask spicy will they don't give me none ????
Slow. Hash rows were soggy with grease. Tea was at least fresh. Food was hot.
Service was fast, food and coffee was warm enough, they're very friendly and clean. They are following the COVID-19 protocols. I'll recommend it to anyone!.
People are so rude because they have to wait 5 extra minutes but never stop to appreciate how fast they hustle curb side, drive thru AND REGISTER all with a smile man. Love it
