I got 2 sausage McMuffin with egg and when I bit into the first one I noticed something was off but I thought it was because it had started to cool off. Shortly after I finished both of them I got very sick. I started throwing up and then it came out the other end. I will not be coming back to this location and I won’t be eating at Mc Donald’s in the foreseeable future.
Just a bit frustrating. Last time me and my mom went and we waited 20 minutes for a slushie, our food was cold. They gave us a free meal card so I guess.... Then today it was a bit busy and my mom got some food, they gave her the slushie and she had to wait for the food. She didn't look at the slushie until she got home in which half of it was melted and syrupy, my mom waited not but 10 minutes and we live 2 minutes away. The cheeseburger was wrong and everything was cold even though she waited for it and they gave her 1 sweet and sour and no napkins. Guess it was kinda her fault for not looking in the bag but we shouldnt have to worry about looking in the bag. We used to not have problems but lately alot of problems have happened when we go here. Foods good otherwise just that most of the time its warm but almost to the point its cold.
I wanted a flippin’ ice cream cone… not a melted cup of cream with a cone thrown on top. If it was melting, make a new one. Simple. Instead you handed me a melted cup of white goop and even acknowledged it was melted. Seriously?
The mobile app does Not allow us to choose to have the sugar and creamer for the coffee to be on the side. So the 2 large coffees we ordered ended up super sweet. We also ordered 2 ten-piece chicken nuggets and asked for honey-mustard sauce but what they included in the bag was honey. For 7 sandwiches plus 4 drinks, it took about 10 i hi mins. I think it’s about right. We did a curbside pickup, the food was delivered to us in 2 sealed paper bags.
Terrible service. Went through the drive through and was told to wait in the front ( which is common here). Waited 15 minutes and then called to figure out the hold up and they came right out with an order that had been sitting around. It wasn't even my order even though I confirmed it over the phone. It was cold and incorrect. Even the drink was wrong.
I visited the Redmond drive through for the first time since moving here! Everyone was friendly & did their job well! My Crispy Chicken Sandwich was freshly put down & with 8 pickles as requested! It was yummy!?
Fries were fresh and hot, chicken strips were a bit cool. The cashier and gal that gave us our food were both really nice.
At the McDonald's, across from Redmond High School, I got the WOREST grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich had nothing on the bun except 3 little pickles. NOUTHING ELSE. Plus the meat was tough. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in very old oil. I also had a medium chocolate milkshake. IF THAT WAS A MEDIUM I'D HATE TO SEE A SMALL. At least the milkshake was drinkable. I won't go to this McDonald's again.
Worst experience in years. Friday before Christmas my wife and I stopped to grab a burger on the way out of Redmond heading over to the valley for the evening. We ordered simply two orders of their number 2B. Pretty easy no basket no drinks just the burgers. Had to pull around front and wait for them to cook not a big deal. They brought them out to us in the truck and we opened up and discovered it is not what we ordered it was a regular burger with no bacon. So my wife took it back inside and we waited almost 15 minutes for them to bring out the replacement order. We opened it up and it was something buried and onions but neither of us can have we always order them without onions. I told the guy when he brought it out that it was a long wait and he said well it’s not our fault, it’s the cooking staff. So I started back in with the second bag of incorrect meal and was stopped by the security guard. And yes by this time I was a mildly upset person. But I told him all we wanted was what we ordered and what we paid for. He refused my entry back into the store, said that our people are very busy and that we should just be happy with what we got even though it isn’t what we ordered and paid for and that we needed to leave the premises says. I said but we need to get this corrected and he said well there are other McDonald’s in this town but I’m sure would be happy to help you but you need to leave. I’m a veteran I was wearing my hat and I have never been treated so badly anywhere for food in my life. One thing is for certain neither my wife and I will never darken the door at a McDonald’s in the United States ever again in our life. Two wrongs don't make a right.
I always go to the one on they r really good at making sure u get the right food
