I had gone in not knowing the $5 pizzas were no longer a thing. It goes to show I don’t come here often but craved some pizza what I thought would be quick.I was the only customer when I went in and just ordered a pepperoni pizza. The lady said it would be 5-10minutes. A door dasher came in plus 5 other customers all but one was given their pizzas before me. All by the way were told 5-10 minutes regardless of how many different items they ordered. I stood there 20 minutes. She told me it would be ready soon. The next time she told me she’d be right with me. (I think they just forgot about me) Finally I got the lady’s attention—she looked so peeved when I asked her about my pepperoni pizza I’d ordered. She gave me an attitude and asked to see my receipt & asked for my name. Then gave me my pizza.I only saw 3 people in there and they were all doing stuff, but I was being really patient and didn’t find the attitude necessary, especially after 30 minutes. I will say the pizza was good, but not worth the wait.
They never answer the phone after 7pm. Oh well, we got plenty of other pizza in town.
They are still quick and efficient even while being terribly understaffed. Keep it up guys thank you!
I mean you can't exactly expect perfection for $5 but the Hawaiian hot and ready I got was lukewarm and kind of tough to chew
Love the deep deep dish pizza. It's the best.
The whole staff is beyond friendly. They are a fantastic group of hard working young adults who make amazing pizza ?!
Little Caesar's in Redmond has probably the worst customer service that i've ever seen. There was one gentleman who looked like he knew what he was doing...everyone else stood around, made excuses, and most of the time didn't even make eye contact when people tried to talk to them lol. It was almost comical, another employee came and clocked in and sort of saved them but WOW, that will definitely be the last Little Caesar's for me. I'd pay ten times as much just to have someone be respectful as mutual respect is big. Good luck Little Caesars I used to love your customer service and efficiency.
Good pizza with reasonable price
Travis Knopps review was a lie, he did get his pizza and the guy behind the counter did not laugh at him. He did mention he needed a mask and Travis did not say anything about a medical reason keeping him from wearing one. He did though throw a huge fit that actually worried and scared some of the customers in the store. So the events he tells seems to be ones that are pulled from his own imagination. I would say when reading these reviews take with a grain of salt most are from angers blow fish that only post when they are all puffed up for no reason.
Ordered a pizza 08/26/21. 8:10pm went to pick it up. Was told by the young kid behind the counter i need to wear a mask as he laughed and walked away.for health reasons I'm not able to safely wear a masks was denied service left without my pizza. Will never return.
