Worst experience of a KFC ever! No straw for drink, no fork for my coleslaw, no cookie, even though it was on my receipt. Fries were cold and hard. Asked for my money back, but was told I had to come into the store. Never will we return. These guys are idiots! I'll definitely be letting their corporate office know. They should be shut down.
KFC has got good food. Their fried chicken is good, their mac and cheese is good, their biscuits are fantastic, but where I think they're realling excelling is their specially seasoned fries. Those things are the BOMB!! I prefer them over almost every other kind of fry.The only reason I've given 4 stars is because they often run out of things, like the mac and cheese. Make sure to go earlier in the day for better chances. Other than that, KFC is awesome. :)
Gross!The food tasted and smelled like it had been sitting out for hours. Seriously bad.Mashed potatoes had absorbed the gravy.Ice tea was rancid.Not to mention the food box had been placed in the bag upsidedown... Weird.I like KFC, been eating it for years.This was not the KFC I know.Thanks
I just went to kfc in Redmond I bought a kfc potato boul chicken on the side my Mac and cheese and biscuits everything was great except they forgot my biscuits I’m very upset I am now out of Redmond realizing it and can’t turn back is it was it is just a bummer
Everything was greasy besides the chicken. Food was good. Employees were friendly. No clean tables. 4 out of 5.
We were so looking forward to getting KFC , we even drove a bit to get there, pulled up and right away debated on leaving but didnt so we placed our order said it a few times, the voice even said it back couple times, my dinner came with a side and i ordered another different kind letting him know I wanted both kinds please, he said they both would be there again reminding me i had to pay , and again I said thats fine, got to window and friendliness was no where to be seen, so got our food and heading back home, pulled everything out and I was missing my side for my meal but my extra was there and i paid for it, and as i said above the drive to there was very long. point being i had a bad visit with unfriendly staff , we dont plan on going there again
Nice people. But If I had a dollar for every single time I go to this place, they ALWAYS forget something! Even when I have them repeat the order. Straws, a side, or mess the entire order up all together. This place is the worst fast food restaurant in all of redmond.
