If anyone asks "Where should we eat?" 10 times out of 10 I'm going to say Initiative. When my parents come into town, we are there multiple times a week. The menu has variety, literally ALL the burgers are delicious and the patty melt is my favorite of all time. I think most of the staff knows our names, their brewed beers are awesome and they always have a fun cocktail menu. The patio is perfect (and pet friendly) for day drinking and big enough to meet all our friends.

Awesome environment! Cold IPA was really good! We tried the fries and bacon popcorn. Popcorn wasn't as good as I was hoping for, so kinda spendy for something like that in my opinion.

Great patio vibes, amazing well thought out/love put into meals. My husband ordered the Hawaiian burger but substituted grilled chicken and my strawberry salad was divine. Drinks were well crafted. It was a nice day so it was super busy and they were short staffed but they were attentive and apologized, which wasn’t needed because it’s well worth the wait. Visiting from Portland and we will be back and recommend!

This place has a nice atmosphere and alot of seating! The menu is very unique and has alot of amazing choices we ordered the peanut bacon burger, the Baja chicken sandwich, the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich, the poke bowl, the shrimp civiche, and the beer cheese fries. The peanut bacon burger was very good with not too much peanut butter on the the burger. The Baja chicken sandwich was just the right amount of spice with the avocado mousse it just melts in your mouth! The sweet and spicy chicken sandwich taste like and Asian bowl mixed together on a sandwich, it's just a burst of flavor and probably my favorite thing out of the items we got. The poke bowl I found to be a little lacking on the poke and not really worth the price for what was offered. The shrimp civiche was very good tasting bust a little too watery for my liking. The beer cheese fries was awesome for a starter, the cheese sauce could've been a little less runny but overall the taste was spot on!Thank you guys for your good customer service and food! Definitely recommend checking this place out! P.S the drinks are amazing also, try something random!

We stopped in for drinks and dinner on a busy Friday night. It was packed but the staff was working their hardest, with the exception of the owner who was drinking at the bar. Our waiter, Trevor, was exceptional, very friendly, and prompt. The place seemed to be understaffed and stretched thin, but again the servers were doing their best with what they had. We will be back, and hope management makes changes to better support their employees.

When we first came in, we waited about 5 minutes before a server showed (didn’t acknowledge us). But another couple came in right behind us and the server recognized them, and instantly seated them at a table… so apparently if you want to get seated you have to be friends with the staff. So we waited another 5 minutes before we decided leave. At that point a server finally acknowledged us and got us a table. While our server was helping us they kept coughing on us without even attempting to cover their mouth. The food took almost an hour to come out and to even get our drinks refilled. It was somewhat busy so we were understanding but when the food finally came out it was AWFUL! The buffalo chicken sandwich was beyond spicy and had no resemblance of buffalo at all, it was literally covered in pepper seeds and was so soggy that the bottom bun had basically determinated on the first pick up. The chicken Caesar wrap was about 90% shredded chopped lettuce. Barely any chicken. The only thing that was good was the fries and my daughter enjoyed her grilled cheese sandwich. $60 and almost 2 hours wasted. Awful service, awful food, and a terribly long wait for nothing. Very disappointed and still hungry.

This was a good place for a brew, cocktail, or a quick bite. Pub style atmosphere with large outdoor area and fire pits. Service was great and they use electronic ordering devices. Food was average pub fare but fresh prepared and they reached a little with items like hand breaded chicken strips or Korean fries that were served with kimchi. Beer was cold and delicious. Ample off street parking and patio can accommodate larger groups. Prices were reasonable. Family friendly. Another great spot in Redmond.
