Join the 60+ crowd here for overcooked burgers and steaks. I always get burgers when in central Oregon due to the great cattle ranches but our meat was charred (no red), the chipotle mayo had no flavor, and the sweet potato fries were crunchy. That was after our table of four waited over an hour for food after we were sat. Red robin has better burgers, fries and salads. I’m in Redmond 4x a year and made the mistake of passing the food carts on the same block due to the brisk wind, but won’t make that mistake again.
Update: 4-27-22 had a large group for lunch and staff was very accommodating and friendly! Another delicious meal as well. Everyone was pleased with everything! And I LOVE that the to-go boxes are paper product. I think the straws were compostable too.Yummy salad, great outdoor dining area and and staff was friendly.
Just went for dinner with me wife. We're visiting from out of town. I had the 12 oz. prime rib, and it was the best prime rib I've had in my life. The mashed potatoes were also outstanding, and I enjoyed the sugar snap peas and mushroom medley as well. The crispness of the peas was a nice balance to an otherwise heavy meal. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of our waitress, but she was adorable, friendly, and provided excellent service.
The Capri Cowboy burger was great! Never had that combination before. Service was efficient. Quinoa salad is a vegan option.

So delicious!!! The bruchetta as an appetizer and the lemon drop cocktail especially recommended. Slow service to recieve our meal but it was very busy so it was expected. Also, our appetizer was given to another table so ours was brought when our plates were. Kinda a bummer but delicious nonetheless.
The calamari strips were bomb. The main course was excellent. However, our server got lost a few times. The restaurant was swamped. The owner had to step in & bring me hot mashed potatoes. He stepped right in. The butter wouldn't melt in the 1st batch since it was brought cold. He made it good with hot potatoes. We had to settle up with a different server. We waited over 15 mins for the check once our table was bussed. All in all, it was a good experience.
The service staff is excellent and the decor is beautiful but the burgers need some attention. The Patty's need seasoning and a good char. The burgers also need some sort of sauce otherwise they are a bit lacking in real flavor
We were seated quickly, water delivered quickly, beverage order taken, meal order taken and meal served. The staff was very good and the meal was delicious.
Nice atmosphere, Very attentive waitress. Beer was cold, Nice menu. Food was great. ?
