I decided to try and order a pizza from Domino’s again (mistake). Particularly this Domino’s in Redmond. They sent me a pizza that was so undercooked that when they cut it the blade didn’t go all the way through and because of the rawness you couldn’t pick a slice up. I called and told them just that. They offered to send me a gift card in the mail or remake one and send it. I chose to have them send a new one. 50min later they drop off a very very burned pizza. Those are the facts. I’m suppressing my urge to write a nice wordy juicy review about how utterly disappointed I am and how I will never ever again give those philistines my hard earned money in the name of convenience. 40$w/tip for complete aggravation.
No stars!! Came for pick up only to find the staff throwing dough balls at each other. Then heard manager tell other employees not to answer the phone because they were to busy...I know good help is hard to find these days but this is absurd. Did I mention they couldn't even manage to cut our pizza into slices??
Called after 1 hour and 45 minutes once the app said delivered and no dinner for the family. They said yeah the apps not real time sorry it should be there anytime. Then said it is in route someone took my pizzas. Then a few pizzas that I actually had to put in the oven showed up 45 minutes later. Great management here everyone
Called Thursday March 3rd 6pm-9pm multiple times, automated response store is closed all web and social media info said opened. Called Saturday 3/5 9pm phone just rings no answer.
Excellent service, pizza and chicken were delicious and hot. Delivery was within 15 minutes. Driver was courteous and followed directions
Pizza is never made as ordered! Jalapeños and Olives is ordered and jalapeños and white onions is what we get! So frustrating every time we order is never right! ?

Even while short staffed they still have much faster delivery times than any other place in town!
Honestly the guy that was cutting the pizzas is the one that greeted me the girl up front completely ignored me he looked at her like are you going to help the customer she kind of rolled her eyes and walked over like she was annoyed ask me if she just seemed irritated and not into it in general probably won't order from Domino's again because I didn't feel like it was a very friendly work environment haven't ordered for a while and I went and picked it up I don't really understand but when I walk into a restaurant to pick up an order I expect to be greeted at the very minimum
Can't even get someone to answer the phone after being on hold for about 45 min. Where is O.E.R. when you need them.
