Good food. Excellent service. Emily was attentive and informative regarding the beer selection available and menu options. Even during a rush my group didn't feel rushed or ignored. Would definitely reccomend and return!

Just stopped in to try to get a burger, sign says you side entrance doors locked!Going elsewhere

This newer Cascade Lakes has a long ways to go. Their food is alright, service no so good.

Amazing ambiance, great southern influenced food, central Oregon sourced and, accompanied by the best value in house brews in Bend. Used to be a great family venue(still is) now a compelling choice for both families and adults. Service is second to none, with an overarching “willingness to create a great dining experience ” motive.PS, best local keg prices for otherwise high end brews. ?????!

We arrived around Saturday at 8:30 hoping for a nice relaxing dinner/drinks. The staff proceeded to clean up around us and even though the closing time was posted as 10:00, they continued to usher customers out and refused to seat more patrons. For a date night, not what we were expecting for sure!

The new chef has totally revamped the menu with some unexpected surprises on top of some above-par brewpub favorites. The classics like wings and burgers are far more hand crafted and home made. Half the menu is a pleasant surprise for pubs, like ceviche or boa bites, hushpuppies and other southern specialties. Chef Jeff’s fare will please from casual pub crawler to fine diner. Staff was super, Chris and Colton, big thanks!

Went for taco salad night, ordered one to go. Took over a half hour to receive my order, and when I got home it was half the size of the ones you order to eat in house. Since new management took over this place has gone down hill. The customer is no longer a priority, only the profits.

Just recently went there, and the wait time was horrendous. I understand that the service industry is being impacted hard right now in Bend, and I would have been ok with that, but the food was horrible. We paid $30 for two sandwiches that were missing ingredients and looked and tasted like something made in a k12 school cafeteria. The fries were even bad -- comparable to the soggy undercooked fries in a school lunch. Beers were mostly meh. I would HIGHLY avoid this place at all costs.

This is one of many brewpubs in Bend. Nice restaurant with lots of room. Easy parking, unlike places downtown. Nice beer choices. Typical brewpub food. The smokes shrimp po boy is excellent.

We waited for an hour to get food. Other customers who arrived after us got their food before us. I guess this is not intentional but we had a horrible experience. We didn’t get sincere apology. Food was average. I don’t recommend this place. It’s not worth the price. Didn’t even want to give one star.
