The halibut and chicken tacos were amazing and the best service!!
This place is amazing. Both the food and drinks are delicious and authentic dishes. Was so happy they had a real chilie reano. The stuffed pablano pepper. I've been to so many south of the border restaurants where a chile reano is a hamburger patty with melted cheese. White people see the word pepper and think it's spicy. This was the best Latin food I've had since coming to Oregon.
Carnaval has just been an amazing place. We really enjoy the uniqueness in drinks. One of my favorites is Coctel de chile serrano. Plus all of the food is amazing. The staff is very friendly. We really enjoy this place.
This was our fifth time at Carnaval Mexican Grill. We have thoroughly enjoyed each time. But the real joy is to have Alex G as your server/bartender. He remembers us each visit and is warm, friendly, and professional And the food is absolutely outstanding! For dessert, ask Alex for a chocolate martini (not on the menu but he makes them the best!)

We had stopped to visit our family in Redmond & they took us to this gem. We had eaten breakfast a short time ago but we did partake in the food as it smelled fabulous. Drinks were also spot on. The service was attentive & quick. I’d love to go back & explore more of their menu & you should too!
We were staying near Redmond and Mexican Food sounded good. My wife did a quick google search and found this place. We were very glad that she did. The Staff are friendly and attentive, the food is great, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend their pork carnitas! We've been making it down to the area once a year for the last three years and this is by far the best Mexican Restaurant that we've tried.
Just tried a basic combination meal here. What a pleasant surprise, the beef taco was outstanding. It tasted like slow roasted pot roast that just melted in my mouth. Cheese enchilada was also delicious. One of the real stars though was the verde salsa. You do have to buy chips and salsa but it's $3 and you get both of these salsas which are quite remarkable. Cool vibe, staff was fantastic and helpful. Glad I finally got around to trying this place!
Terrible service. Sent a private pm the day after to the owner (who is the one that served us) and no response from them which in my mind means no accountability.
I recommend the Alambres Del Mar so good. You might also like the ultimate Mezcal. Super service as well. Great Atmosphere.
