Super rude customer service and unprofessional staff. Two people came in after me and got their food first I waited over 15 minutes for my food. And I was there for a pick up. Physically at the time I can see two bags under the food heater. After asking what’s taking a long time the kid was laughing at me and their response was they thought I left. I’m sitting 5 feet in front of you… maybe they need someone that can see and take their job more serious rather then a joke.

Staff was very friendly and helpful 2 young boys and an older gentleman working tonight and I forgot to ask for no tomato or onion on my husband's Burger so when I got to the window to pay I said I'm so sorry can I please add 1 more famous star with no tomato onion I'm so so sorry and they said oh no it's no problem and they made me feel like I was not being a burden which I really appreciate because some restaurants you go to and they act like it's the end of the world if you forget to add something to your order I just got done working a 12 hour shift so I was very appreciative to be met with good customer service after I just spent 12 hours giving away my best customer service And they are always very friendly when I use coupons too which I appreciate because some places roll their eyes at me when I use coupons but every penny counts And so does every review which is why I took the time to write this one because I just wanted you guys to know you did awesome tonight and I really appreciate it
I was the only customer. No one at drive up either. Got my single item order wrong.
Stopped in late at night and lobby was closed. Was concerned as we had Uhual trailer. However we were in luck as drive thru was able to accommodate our vehicle with the trailer. Burgers were good and had good service.
Best fast food in town for sure if you're looking for a burger or chicken sandwich, they're always quick and friendly.
