I was in the drive thru line when a girl named SARA helped me and had the worst customer service. She said she doesn’t help Mexicans and I should go back to Mexico. She also stated that she was racist and people my kind shouldn’t live here in the United States. I speak fluent english born and raised here my whole life. Very unprofessional I’ll be sueing Burger King.
This place deserves no stars. No customer service. Just some grumpy girl who hates her life decisions and is rude to paying customers. Wait time was about the same as going to a nice restaurant and sitting
First time trying the Impossible Whopper. The BK pickles tasted off but it was really close in both taste and texture to the regular beef patty. I would definitely buy again.
Garbage were all over flowing. The floors snd tables were filthy. The floor behind counter was disgusting. Bacon Melt was ok, fries weren't hot. We'll never go back!!
Staff was friendly, but seemed like there was no organization in their operations. There was only 2 other people in restaurant when I ordered, yet it took over 10 minutes to get my order, and forgot my shake. Had to go back to counter to get it.
Open late & great service…. What else do you need from a fast food restaurant?
I did a mobile order for a keep it real meal. When I got to the drive through window they did not seem to know what my order was handing me a wrong drink. They gave me the bag. When I opened the bag at my house I found my fries and cheeseburger. The only thing it was missing was my whopper. The only meal I bought aside from a cheeseburger I bought and no whopper.
Ignorant employees.
It's not what it used to be the burgers don't taste like they were cooked over a flame at all any more almost taste like McDonald's
Slow... BUT order was correct and the food was fresh and very delicious.
