It was alright . Been eating bbq long time and it's nothing to write home about but also nothing wrong for resteraunt bbq ! At least they use wood some where in the process . Waitress was great , prices wherent over the top . Five of us , three adults and two kids 80 bucks . I'll go again if in Redmond .
The last four times we’ve had baldys it has been terrible. We have given them so many tries because it used to be our favorite. The brisket we got we couldn’t even eat. It was so tough and burnt. Definitely could tell it was days old and reheated who knows how many times. Ribs had a gamey taste which is concerning. Pulled pork was okay but again could tell it had been reheated and days old. Unfortunately this will be the last time these locals eat there. Will be telling everyone we can.
Very good, but not great bbq. Service was great. Unfortunately, the Brisket was dry & chewy. The scalloped potatoes were excellent tho! Bartender was funny & entertaining. I've had the Mac & cheese with pulled pork before & that was very good.
The food was microwaved potatoes hot an cold the brisket was dry an reheated not good ....the coleslaw was great the server was great... the food was like re heated left overs ...
Just had their food for the second time trying to give them a second chance. First off they didn’t give us our entire order and they didn’t want to make it right by either giving us the missing items or by reimbursing us. So basically trying to rip us off. Second is worst Mac n cheese ever!!! I’d take a cheep knock off any day hands down! Third the ribs were so nasty not even our dogs would touch the meat!!! The one plus was their fries were pretty good so those were worth eating. Also wasn’t impressed with there baked beans I would rather have cheap beans out of the can. Never ever gonna waste money at this place again. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience then me and my family did. If not at least I tried to warn you.
Food was tasty. Wait staff was friendly despite being under staffed. Had a wonderful lunch sitting outside in the beautiful weather, shaded from the sun.

Loved this place. Great food and great staff. I would recommend this to anyone that loves bbq. I had the loaded fries and they were delicious. It was such a big serving I had already eaten and was full when I took this picture.
We used baldys in Redmond for the meat at our wedding. We were to get it on 2 weeks from a Sunday. First they called us a week early. Had gotten the Sunday wrong. The next Sunday we were to pick it up at 3 for a 4 o’clock wedding. They called about noon and said we needed to pick it up then they were running out of meat. If we needed it later we needed to pick it up in bend. What a mess we had even ordering 2 weeks in advance! Never had problems when eating in restaurant. But for a large wedding.., I’d go somewhere else!!!
Food is excellent, EXCEPT for the BBQ sauce. I enjoy spicy food, but theirs is WAY too hot. It ruined the meal even though I diluted it with ketchup.
