Arbys has always my favorite fast food restaurant, and I love their roast beef sandwiches. However the franchise is Redmond, OR is wearing my patience thin. They are always out of something or have broken equipment (shake machine). Today was final straw . Received an ad for a new hamburger so we decided to drive down and try it out. Just as we pulled up to the order an employers dragged out a garbage can and set it down in front of our car. She offered no explanation and went back inside. Looking at the menu we’ saw declarations that they had nothing to sell (out of stock). Is this indicative of what’s happening to the Arbys chain or just this particular franchise?
I will have to say this Arby's does a pretty good job of food is usually hot and fresh but I have to say the double-stack Reuben is probably the best sandwich they ever had in my opinion I would definitely say go try one I was shocked how good it was.
So disappointing! Ordered a Reuben without thousand island dressing, and what did I get?! Sauce all over it, yuk!!

Hit or miss with the fries. Some people are very cheerful and remember you if you come in more than 2x.
It's Arby's. You should know what to expect from drive thru fast food.
The Young Lady that took our Drive Thru Order Wednesday Evening November 3rd. Was very kind and polite. Everything was hot and Fresh. She Made sure our order was correct and had a great attitude. She has given us the Best Customer service we have had at this location in Years.
Good, friendly service. Good Classic Beef n Cheddar. But the fries were nearly raw. Limp. unsalted, cold, and yes, nearly raw. I haven't been to Arby's in quite a while. It will be a while before I go back.
The customer service was excellent, food was quickly prepared, and served with a great smile!
