We entered the restaurant at about 3 p.m. and there were only maybe two tables occupied. After sitting and waiting for a staff member to notice us I finally got up and went to the bar to ask for service. We finally were served some cocktails and placed our order for steaks both cooked medium rare. When the steaks arrived we were both disappointed to see that they were cooked very well done. Our server did not get back to us until the end of the meal so he was unable to replace the steaks with something more edible. My aunt had so much trouble chewing her steak that she took it home for the dog. Our server did give us a small discount on the meal sentence it wasn't a great experience.
Would leave negative review if I could.Only maybe 5 other tables had people at them and I waited 10 mins for a table then my drink order was taken and 10 mins later when the waiter came to take my order I reminded him we STILL hadn't gotten our drinks. Waited another 5 mins and asked another waitress and finally got my drink. My salad did not have the dressing that I ordered with it and had a lemon wedge on it. I asked for dressing and was told the kitchen was out of the kind that I ordered. Then after going back to ask was told they only had ranch. My order came steak was cold and had the wrong side. I asked that it was corrected and waited another 20 mins. I saw an icon on the table that I could scan to pay and leave a review so I scanned it and got a fraud alert on my phone that Crefit card was being charged $1 for a membership to be able to access Applebee's table services.(Never mentioned the charge anywhere) I paid with cash and asked to speak with a manager waited 15 mins and one never came.To top it all off I got super sick the next day which was prob food poisoning from them;(
I just left there and I ordered basic buffalo wings with Buffalo sauce. They brought out barbecue wings I said I can wait to get a new order. 5 mins later out came my wings with Barbecue with buffalo sauce painted on them!!! This place is a joke....the bartender was sweet didn't charge me and said it was sad because the Manager was the one who remade them.
This was an awful experience. Let me start off by saying we were celebrating mothers day early with drinks. We got 2 long islands and 2 sangria. Both took 20 mins each to come from the bartender who was too busy entertaining guests to get drinks out efficiently she was a lady of medium stature with braided hair. I'd like to mention here before I go on, my waitress did a great job and was just trying to do her job. The kitchen served us cold food. It took another 30 mins to get our app again hot. We ordered dinner to go, and guess what. It was cold. I'm so appalled that I decided I'd come here to post about it. Going to call manager. Very disappointed.
Came in today for lunch. 3 servers but they could only have 2 tables at a time. Wait 15 mins to be seated with only 5 full tables. Our food was wrong. Our server never checked back. I had to get up to ask for refill for drinks. Then I told the manager about the awful service, and horrible food and he couldn't care less. Serveral times there were noemployees out front at all. Peoole walking in being ignore for 5 ir 10 mins and walking right back to their car. This place has gone down in the last decade. Absolutely no excuse for the way it's being ran. That place will go under very soon if you keep up business this way.
Place was absolutely empty, waited 20 minutes to get seated, waited another 20mins to get out appetizers ordered, food came out cold and not cooked correctly, Applebee's was once a fun and enjoyable place to eat, not it's a dumpster fire, I'm over this place won't be going back again anytime soon.
First time coming to Applebee's! I treated a friend for her Birthday & we weren't disappointed! We were quickly seated & our orders taken by a friendly Hostess & Waitress! My Fish & Chips were very good & even good later when I headed the left overs. I even enjoyed the Coleslaw which most slaws are too tangy for my liking! The restaurant was clean, the people were friendly & effecient & the food well prepared, hot & delicious! My friend ordered the variety appetizer platter, sorry don't remember the proper name, & it was very good as well! I did have to wait a bit to get our waitresses attention for to go boxes & while standing waiting for my friend to return, 2 wait staff asked if I needed help & one noticed I could use a bag for my to go boxes & promptly returned with one! Both my friend & I will be returning & recommend you give them a try! I bet you'll leave with a smile!??
Total lack of competent management. Only 5 tables seated with customers and some patrons at the bar. A sixth table had 4 employees eating meals. Has management heard of rotating employees for breaks? Over 20 patrons waiting to be seated and told that it would be over a 1 hour to be seated due to only 2 servers. We counted and observed 8 employees milling around including the 4 seated at the table eating. One Busboy was just wandering around with nothing to do. This place was truly unbelievable.
The family wanted to have dinner after having a long afternoon. We were a party of 12 so I called in advance to let them know we were coming because after working in the food industry I know how rough that many people just walking in can be. Our waitress was beyond sweet! Her energy was delightful and she was very attentive even with her massive amounts of table! Only reason I took off a star is because we had to send back steaks. The first set was asked for rare and medium rare. They both came out blue.. not even warm. She quickly took them and got some more made up. These ones can out in minutes and guess what? Still blue. She took some money off the bill for the inconvenience because the fact of them being under cooked was undeniable. My chicken was amazing though! It was a new chef she said and even with the undercooked steak, you can tell they are going to do great! The stress may have just gotten to then a little. Thank you for your hospitality!
Our server Jason was amazing! We had a 15 minute wait for our seat but thats understandable because they only had two servers for the whole restaurant.However they were training a new cook and both my wife and I’s food was very over cooked and almost burnt. Again Jason did his best to make everything right so we appreciated his amazing service. This location need to make some changes
