Can't vouch for customer service because I ordered through DoorDash, but my food was prepared quickly and tasted great. Got the BBQ chicken wings, S&P popcorn chicken, and Chicken tenders. The popcorn chicken was slightly sweet which was surprising but delicious. At first glance I thought the BBQ wings were dry/ low on sauce but they were delicious as well! The tenders were good too. Idk if I got lucky or if they have changed things up, but everything taste wise was delicious. I look forward to trying the drinks in the future!
Very poor customer service. After my daughter and I being so excited to try walked in wasn't greeted. They could tell we'd NEVER been there. Didn't try to assist us with the menu. Place was a disappointment! Wouldn't recommend and will NEVER be back!!! Wish I could leave no star at ALL
I’ve stopped here and tried some item. Super fresh limeade with strawberries and food so good (Garlic noodle $7.25) I’ll keep taking garlic noodle again in next time . Carefully i checked the bill before paying, totally $13 for my dinner with drink it’s not bad as many people complained. This is Portland and everything keep climbing, honestly we should support local businesses especially on challenging time
Was excited to try out a hip new place with my daughter. However after we ordered we got to looking around and the place was filthy! Everywhere! The flies were swarming everywhere and the garbage can holders were dripping with old food and drink splatters. It was obvious they hadn’t cleaned in a long time. The floors were a mess especially in the kitchen. I could go on and on. I will never go back.
There were so many flies. They got my order wrong. The food was bad. There was a hair in my food. When I told an employee about the flies they said, "oh I'm sorry." I will not be coming back and I recommend other customers do the same.
Super cool place to get interesting teas and appetizer-like food. The spicy mango drink was delicious and creative split cup. Can’t wait for my next visit.
It was our first experience here, we were very surprised to test such type of smoothies. They have unique tests. The price is little bit higher but it is worthy to try, due to most of drinks included fruit chunks. We pay one and got both (drink and fruit )
I been wanting to try zero degrees since I saw ads of theirs when I lived in Idaho. Now I have a trip to Portland. How delicious it was. The overall texture, and color of the drinks are exactly what they look like in the ad and are DELICIOUS.The staff and customer service was great as well.
I didn't realize this was an Asian style food place prior to coming here. We live across the street and thought it was like a Latin or American style restaurant. My kids each ordered the basic popcorn chicken combo, one kid got regular fries and one got the hot cheetoh fries. I didn't even look at the price before ordering which was my bad, it was $30 for each kid to have popcorn chicken and fries, no drink. My teenage son ate one piece of chicken and said that it tasted like garlic even though we ordered the basic salted one and that it was just overall "gross". It wasn't so much popcorn chicken as much as kind of like tiny fried chicken from the looks of it I guess and the fries were soggy he said but they were okay. My son ate a few fries and a couple bites of one chicken. My daughter said the cheetoh fries were okay but they put them in a container mashed in with the chicken so the chicken became cheesy cheetoh chicken and the fries had a strange garlic taste like the chicken even though she didn't order garlic. Unfortunately they both decided they didn't want to eat anymore after just a few bites.I will say that it did seem like decent portions, it is just definitely not any kind of popcorn chicken that we are used to. If you like fusion type foods, maybe you would like this? All the food has like a strange pho-type strong smell I would say. Which is not really appetizing in my opinion for this style of food. But they should really box their food separately to avoid ruining the food. Also, it would be really helpful to get a speaker or remove the barrier between the customer and cashier because it was dang near impossible to hear what the cashier was saying while ordering. Shoot, maybe he DID think I said garlic chicken since we could barely hear eachother. I really considered going up and asking for a refund because my kids ate nearly none of the $30 food but I could barely even communicate through the plexiglass with the workers so I didn't want to deal with all that.
Food was fire. But the milkshakes and their drinks were to die for literally. Strongly suggest giving the watermelon and cheesecake drink a shot. I actually ordered both and drunk both at the same time. The hot Cheetos cheese fries was a explosion in my mouth
