8/2/2022: I really enjoyed the food here. The three of us ordered green onion pancake, dumplings in chili oil, wonton soup, crab Rangoon, Mongolian noodles, vegetarian noodles, dan dan noodles, and fried rice. We enjoyed it all.My only big issue is the amount of waste. We dined in and everything was served on disposable ware. Very sad about that

Tried the Mongolian stir fry noodles and it was excellent. The sauce was on point with a nice savory umami flavor that's not too salty or too sweet, but bold flavored with good aroma. The cook on the noodle was perfect with the noodles not being soggy, but rather bouncy in nature. Can't wait to try the other dishes.Only reason not a five-star service is very lacking with the clerk not speaking one word.

absolutely fantastic! great boba, incredible noodles. the pork rib noodles were amazing. dumplings were fantastic. after looking at other reviewers, it is clear that if you order bland noodles, you will will get bland noodles. great food if you get what you want.also- the staff was beyond incredible. helpful, kind, and attentive.

I ordered from this place 3 times in the past couple months. Each time, the quality went down a little bit. Today, I ordered delivery and requested utensils. There was none so I couldn’t even eat my food during a short break. Not to mention, the noodle had almost no taste. Barely any soy sauce in it.The fried rice from last time was really good. The texture and flavor were all 5 stars. I ordered again today but it was dry. I wonder if there are different chefs on different days. How could quality fluctuate that much? Won’t be ordering again, at least for a while.

One of the best and most underrated restaurants you can go to on Alberta Street. The noodles are clearly house-made and the sauces they use taste fantastic. I would highly recommend the Mongolian beef, they give you a pretty hearty portion of meat yet it does not overwhelm the noodles. There's quite a bit to offer on the menu, including milk tea. The interior is clean and service is nice and fast.

Very good food. I got the wonton soup and added spice until it was just the right heat level for me. The broth was very flavorful, the noodles were firm, not mushy and the wonton were obviously homemade. Delicious! I definitely will be back.

This place was amazing! My partner and I used to go here all the time, both their noodles and fried rice were the best. They switched (maybe a year ago?) to these thinner/softer noodles that kind of ruined the place for us. Super big bummer as this place was our top noodles spot in Portland, hopefully they switch back to the old wide style of noodles as those were so five star worthy! Their fried rice and XLB are still really good though, so definitely worth coming here for that at least.

Absolutely ? the best fresh made chinese noodles in Portland. Service was superb, and none of us wanted to stop eating (it's a great amount of food for the money!) even though we were stuffed! Picky eater kid approved too!Thank you Yangs Noodles, and your staff for delivering amazingly tasty food, and wonderful service. We. Will. Be. Back!

Ordered the Mongolian Beef Noodles, You Po Noodles, and Spicy Wontons which was more than enough food for two hungry people. Noodles we’re hand made and had a good chew to them, flavors for all the dishes were great. I thought the portions were good sized for how much the dishes cost. Going to add Yang’s Noodles to my takeout rotation.

Above and beyond customer service! Doordash forgot to pickup a second bag for our order (which was half of our food!). Called Yangs Noodle to see if it was there before heading over to grab it. Once we got to there, they remade the entire order so our food wouldn’t be cold! THE ENTIRE ORDER! It was so very kind of them, especially since the place was beyond busy too. Food was delicious! Highly recommend grabbing a bite from here. A great business with great food.
