I'm a die hard wing fan like most people that come here but the fried corn is where the flavor is. The corn is the perfect delivery system for butter and spicy seasoning. It's akin to crack, heroin and tobacco in its addictiveness so watch the f out.*Update* Timing matters at this location. Day shift is composed of master chefs and the evening shift is worse than disgruntled cafeteria workers. I'm not exactly sure of shift change timing but I will not eat here after 3pm.
Worst customer service ever! Went there on 4/16/2022 at around 6pm. The kids were in the back fooling around not paying attention to customers orders. Playing "basketball" with paper towels. Listening to their OWN music really loud. Just really unprofessional! Had to leave, didn't even want to eat there. & my food was over 40 mins late & nasty!! Who ever is managing that place needs to re train these lil kids!!
Beware! This location and the corporate level of the chain choose to engage in marketing fraud as they do not honor their promo offers. I recently placed an online order taking advantage of their "10 wings on the house? Here’s how!" promo and never received the free offer. After completing their customer service form regarding the issue, Wingstop replied with a flippant and deceptive response noting that the acceptance of the promo varies by location. Nowhere in the offer does the promo state this:"Offer valid only when wings or thighs are purchased through the Wingstop mobile app or on Wingstop.com. Order must be placed by 10/24/2021 using the same email address where offer was received. Code for 10 free wings will be sent via email and must be redeemed within 30 days. Not valid with other specials, promotions or offers. Minimum purchase must be made on delivery orders. Email with offer will be sent 24 hours of confirmation of transaction."My purchase met all of these requirements and Wingstop opted to be indifferent in their initial response, and completely ignored a follow-up inquiry. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Wingstop and their fraudulent marketing. Seriously, why choose to give your money to a company who engages in such duplicitous and deceitful business schemes when other honest restaurants would gladly welcome you and honor their promotions. So, buyer beware--stay far, far away!UPDATE: While I still feel Wingstop can improve in many areas, Seana Lane, Area Manager for the location in question, made things right and appears to be the ONLY Wingstop employee who understood the issue and felt the need to address it. Trust me, Wingstop, count your blessings Seana is working for you!
This location used to be better, pre pandemic. And I get it. Only complaints are putting in for well done and them being nowhere close. And lack of seasoning on the dry rub wings.
Customer service is always pleasant and welcoming. Orders have consistently been filled correctly every time place an order.
We love this place! The one on Martin Luther is very fast and they have your order ready the second you walk in the door. Well done

I would give zero stars if I could. I’m so sad I wasted over $50 and had to make two separate DoorDash orders. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and both times, 2 separate large fries had NO SEASONING. My fries were also extremely soggy and cold. The second time fries were also cold and had little to no seasoning. My chicken was also cold and made my boyfriend throw up. Do not EVER eat at this location. I threw all the food away absolutely foul
