I originally was going to go to Matt's BBQ next to this truck, but; they had sold out. Thank goodness! This place is wonderful! Some of the most flavorful food cart food I've ever eaten; She could only get better in a permanent location. The lemongrass Thai peanut sauce on the chicken was transcending... It has so much flavor. Simply delicious. The Laotian beef jerky was also very good. Deep Asian fusion flavors of garlic and fish sauce with a bit of heat on the back note. The coconut shrimp were good, but I did not care for the remulade dipping sauce. I felt it over garliced and took away from the shrimp. I give everything a 9 in total. I'll definitely be back.

Omg so good, I've had the chicken feet, the Salt and Pepper shrimp, the Salt and pepper Calamari, and the beignet w/ one condensed milk sauce and chocolate sauce. So so good. The seasoning on their shrimp and calamari is so tasty. If only I could give a 6 star.
I ordered their teriyaki bowl and was very disappointed. The sauce was tasty but the chicken was a burnt sacrifice! I've enjoyed White Elephants tasty treat on a number of occasions. We live in the neighborhood and frequent the cart on Skidmore and Mississippi but this was NOT the quality I would like to believe they regularly serve.
A solid place to get some Lao/Thai style food. They have many good things here that it's hard to decide what to get. This time we went with a classic - waterfall beef, which was delicious.
So so good!! Do yourself a favor and eat here! We were visiting from Washington and just walked by this place and decided to try it. We came back the next day because it was so good! We tried 5 different dishes and everything was incredible! We'll definitely be back when we're back in town!
Food was sooooo good! We loved how they had vegetarian/sea food dish options. It was well worth the long drive from Seattle! A must try!!!
