Best burger I’ve ever had! So so good. My mom gets the rueben and it’s also delicious! Cold beer on a 100 degree day, Kirsten is great, super friendly! Parking is a little tricky.. but there is parking across the street.
Met the owner and enjoyed good conversation with him order some food the Irish sausage with potatoes and gravy was absolutely delicious and fresh filling and sat perfectly. Will go again soon and recommended.
The few times I've been there to play video lottery it was extremely loud from drunk out of control guys yelling. The bartender always pleasant, haven't tried the food yet. It's ok if you have great ear buds to wear.
As with any bar, sometimes you can get a bit of a rough atmosphere depending on who decides to roll through. But for "bar food" I haven't found better in the immediate area. The owners are epic and the chef's freaking kill it. Highly recommend stopping by for a pint and some shepherd's pie.
This place is one of the things I miss most about living in Portland. The single best Reuben sandwich I have ever had and the one to which all others have hence been compared with a respectable slab of wonderfully tender corned beef in place of the thin little shreds I've found nearly everywhere else. It's been nearly 4 years since I've had one and I still salivate at the mere thought.Other than that the atmosphere is cozy, the staff at least at the time was friendly, the music is great on the nights they have it.
The gun fights from the parking lot. At least 40 rounds from my, and other neighbors counts. Not good. A person was shot in that gun fight. My neighbor homes were damaged with countless bullets holes. The owner of the hole has yet to respond to us whatsoever.
Charming little spots if you're down for locals and TV's playing sports. They've got a real copper bar and the burgers are excellent. The shepherds pie is basic and rich, and the Guinness (pictured) is served perfectly.
Nice joint, parking sux though. Forget about parking on the street, plus division is a mess with the new traffic median, construction and increased lack of parking and inability to turn left.Once you get past that, it's a nice place that's usually open late
Love this place. Great bartenders, awesome food, ans best drinks! I visit here a few times a week.
The Ruben is the best I’ve had in Portland!Be sure to upgrade to the side salad, it has pickled onions and a whole lot of other veggies plus their blue cheese dressing is fabulous!Thank you Jason for the awesome service and the best cocktail you recommended while I waited a few minutes.
