Love the food. Cocktails were a bit disappointing this time. Ordered a gin drink off the menu and literally could not tell if there was gin in it (I didn't need it boozy, but none of the gin flavors came through). We'll check it out again (been there twice so far) because the cocktails seemed better the first visit - but we had the short, more intense drinks that time. But definitely big points for delicious vegetarian food served in big portions.
Always come here with friends who are Vegan and the food and drinks never disappoint! Definitely a solid brunch spot and best to split a couple plates with folks to try all the brunch food.
Excellent cocktails, the food is great too. I’ve been during busy hours (it’s a bit of a wait but don’t care because of cocktails) and when it’s slow(a great place to have a quiet conversation). Both great just depends on what you’re a looking for ?
I've never seen The Princess Bride so many of the references were lost on me. But that's doesn't mean that I didn't enjoy my time at Victoria Bar.Food was great, loads of vegan and vegetarian options that actually tate good. Cauliflower bites were amazing. They definitely marinated these. For drinks I would highly recommend the Fire Swamp. Image a spicy floral cucumber. I know it sounds weird but just go with it.They also had a vending machine that deals out small quirky gifts. Pretty fun way to end the night if you have some extra money. All in all, awesome bar ?
Love everything about this place. Chill and friendly servers, plenty of vegan options that are delicious, but stuff for your meat eating friends too, decor and vibe are thoughtful and pretty. Only been a few times, but easily one of my new favorites in Portland.
The brunch here was absolutely amazing! We arrived right as they opened Friday morning and had the whole place almost to ourselves. I loved the art deco vibe and there's plenty of seating inside and on a patio. The menu included a bunch of vegan options for my cousin which she loved. We got a variety of things as a group and everything I had was delicious, fresh and full of flavor. Definitely one of the best brunch places in Portland! The French toast was so good and very sweet, the bread was incredible, and it went great with some coffee. We did the burrito with the vegan sausage and real eggs. I was so surprised by how good the vegan chicken and waffles were, the above chili butter just took it over the edge.
Brunch was bomb. This Coconut Thai French toast was amazing and the drinks sure hit the spot.A few other items that are a must try that aren’t on the brunch menu are the Baked 4-cheese Mac & the Moose Made BLT
A wonderful lunch/ brunch here. House Burger (vegan or meat) with chips as well as locally sourced tuna fish sandwich as well as chicken dishes. Great food. Nicely made house drinks. Friendly staff. Masks worn by patrons and staff.
Cocktail menu is surprisingly deep and creative for a neighborhood spot - plus how can you not love the Princess Bride themed names?
Thank you for staying closed to keep your staff and customers safe. Amazing food, great cocktails, warm atmosphere, photo booth is great, dog friendly patio. One thing I wish is there was more of a divide of smoking and non smoking sections. Anyway. Their vegan chicken and waffles is to die for.
