Unsanitary employees.. did not wash hands in between handling check out/money and making food. Then they put on gloves and touched their masks ... I saw the entire thing and it made me sick. I asked the person to please put on new gloves and he was taken aback and immediately made a weird excuse and didn't comply. Will never come back. Watch them make the food and you will understand what I am writing...
This chicken right here is so good. Before coming in I thought "hmm the prices are a little up there compared to like Popeyes or KFC". But after having ate this chicken it blows those other places out of the water, it is delicious and flavorful. And as a bonus, their customer service is superb, being both friendly and welcoming whether ordering over the phone or going there in person. I highly recommend, especially if you love fried chicken like I do.
Food flavor was good but was cold and chewy. I waited 5 min for the guy to even say “hi” or just “I’ll be right with you”. There was 3 people working on a Friday night. I waited awhile (20 min or longer). A slew of orders came in which they handled before my order because the online order customers were complaining. Food was good as far as taste. Got the soy garlic fried chicken bowl but (most) of the chicken was so chewy that I threw at least 3-4 pieces away. Lastly and I don’t know how but the chicken was so cold. I waited for so long I don’t understand how it was cold unless they gave me old pieces of chicken they made awhile before. Probably won’t go back to that location.
The people are very friendly, it's our first time there. The food is super delicious. Will go back again.
Finally able to check out this place for lunch. I like the variety of items that they have. We ordered a good amount of food to share between the three of us. We ordered the 20 piece jumbo wings (soy garlic, bulgogi, and hot & spicy), potato dog, cheese dog, bulgogi rice bowl, and Philly cheesesteak sandwich. My favorite was definitely the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was amazingly good. The wings were nice and big in size with really good flavors (it could be a bit more crispy). The bulgogi bowl was a bit bland (in my opinion). I liked the potato dog. Overall, cool place and well need to try the ramen option next time.
Great spicy fried chicken! Can’t wait to come back and try more food from this place.
Very tasty food, I love their Fried chicken with soy garlic sauce so much, hope they will have a location close to where I lived, definitely will be back
