I took away half a star for the price and another half for the wait (they gave our order to someone else and had to make it again.) Overall, it was a good meal and a positive experience. I feel like this may be a "treat ourselves" type of place, but we'll be back to try out more of the menu.Also, if you have issues finding the place like we did, it's located just inside the main entrance to Roseland Theater.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food establishment, I’m from Tacoma Wa, we drove down here got here at 12:00 pm we walked to the window the lady working didn’t even acknowledge us we knocked on the door and asked was they open ? She said “ idk I don’t feel like being “ so we was like ok as we were leaving she said “ WHAT YALL WANT” we tried to order a few things like the Mac and cheese the crunch cake the lady said “ IT AINT HERE YET” so we got the pineapple bowl rice wasn’t done chicken wasn’t tender food was horrible we had to go to the 7-11 to get drinks customer services sucks when we wrote the review they blocked my wife and everyone else who had something similar to say … their cook book ain’t the real recipe ether these guys are Compton scam artist and ima need my fade
Bad costumer service, food looks good on their website but taste bad, too sour. Waited for an hour. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

You guys NEED to bring another truck to the west side..... specifically tigard area. So damn good.

The food here is amazing! Everything is good and you honestly can't go wrong! This is the bbq plate and it is all the essentials for a bbq plate. They have the best Bbq in Portland, I'm from SoCal and I grew up eating bb like this. Try everything on the menu as hey have a great mixture of items and they are all yummy!
Unfortunately I have not been able to experience any of the food. I've tried to come to trap kitchen twice from WA; the first time I got there 30 minutes before they closed and he stopped accepting orders. Then the second time which was today July 3rd 1:30pm and it's closed even though Google shows it should be open. Please update your website and/or phone message so people don't waste their time.

DELICIOUS food full of flavor! Every time I order food here I end up eating it so fast because it's so good, I can't get enough! Seriously, don't miss out on this delicious food!
