Best dive bar in Southwest Portland. Staff are friendly, food is great and affordable. Throughout the week there are different themes at times, as well as live music.

Great neighborhood tavern. Awesome selection of beers. Friendly staff. Parking sucks but they can't control that. Clean place and plenty of seating.
Great local spot. Trivia night is fun, but don't be an outside team who comes in and almost wins lol. The regulars were a little.. um.. bristly? when we were creeping towards that title. It was overall a great experience. Feels like a local dive spot that you can count on. Not college kids, but not geezer nerds in their thirties like me. Friendly and attentive staff!
A bit run down local pub. The bartender was nice and he was friendly enough. The crowd looked mostly local with roving bands of hippies stopping to take over the outside seating. The food was what you would expect at a bar. Edible but nothing to write home about. The entertainment is a mostly unused pool table and a dart board (you don't want to use the house darts). There are a couple of TV screens that no one looks at. The best entertainment is watching the locals be loud at eachother. Surprised the small amount of people keep it running, it is not crowded.

The food was okay, the server, excellent! We had called ahead and came in to see the America Cup soccer match, there was one person playing, but there was no sound on any screen. We left at halftime to enjoy the match elsewhere, with a better sporty atmosphere.We look forward to trying out our luck sometimes in the evenings when there is live music.
