Dinner in the Tiffany Room...I seriously loveeeee Tiffany Lamps!Soooo happy they made the perfect accommodations and sat us right where I asked! Seamless check-in, reservations made online in less than a min! ☺ Food & Drinks perfect as always. I am a former employee and absolutely love everything about this location. Such an absolutely beautiful building, amazing staff and as always a wonderful time! Thanks so much!
One of my, if not my most, favorite restaurant chains, and this flagship location in Portland impressed me greatly with it's class, glamour and style. The food, as always, did not disappoint either! You cannot go wrong with their Mizithra with browned butter sauce!
Can't beat the view of the water. Highly recommend making reservations in advance and request a booth or table with a clear view of the river. What's nice is there's a hiking trail along the river if you enjoy hikes. Nice if you're with family if not ready to say goodbye yet and after meal to take a nice walk along the river and spend some quality time before leaving. Has its own parking area so you don't have to worry about parking.
Went to the Portland Spaghetti Factory to meet up with my daughter and grandkids for dinner. She’d never been to the Spaghetti Factory…she wasn’t prepared for the beauty inside. She’s a photographer, so we walked through the whole restaurant. She took photo after photo. We ordered our meal. I hadn’t been there for close to 5 years. I swear the food is even tastier. I had the chicken broccoli Alfredo. Magnificent! Packed with chicken and broccoli in the creamy noodles covered with an excellent Alfredo sauce. Yes I have had bad Alfredo sauce ?. The prices have gone up, as has the rest of the world. My daughter had mentioned she wanted to go to “another big pasta place”, I told her to try this place instead. She’s never going back to “the other place” bc they skimp on everything but the noodles. Everyone at the table loved their food. I had a raspberry Italian soda ? WONDERFUL.
Went for my mom's 72nd birthday. Had a reservation and we were seated promptly and they even gave us a window seat of the river as I had requested. Server gave my mom a candle in her ice cream. It was sweet of her to do so. We were regularly checked on and provided everything we needed. Great experience as always. Thank you! The whole night kinda broke my mom down to happy tears.
I made an online reservation and added a note that I’d like window seating. They accommodated that request on a very busy evening! I had the Mizithra and Brown Butter and it was delicious, and my partner had the Vesuvius and seemed satisfied. We had a perfectly nice evening with a romantic view. Our server, Ben, was awesome!3 stars because we almost left and missed out when we were told we could have a wait as long as 20 minutes after making a reservation, but we only waited 5.
Fun, eclectic restaurant. Not as cheap as it used to be but plenty of food. Love the 3 course meals.Changing my rating from a 4 to a 2, ate at the Portland restaurant last night and the service was terrible. Waitress was dismissive and scarce, not to mention got my order wrong. She didn't smile and clearly came across as if she didn't want to be doing her job. Didn't offer drink refills until a manager came over to offer a weak apology about the incorrect order. (No improvement in service after that) I didn't get my food until the rest of my family was done. She brought out my ice cream minutes after my food so it was soup by the time I tried to eat it. After that she dropped off the check she asked if we brought our own pen to use and then never saw her again. If it had been my first time, I wouldn't go back based on this visit. Extremely disappointed.
Awesome place… one of my favorite places to eat when I come to Portland….
3⭐️ because the food was amazing. I got the cheese Alfredo with chicken Tortellini. Which was outstanding! My boyfriend got the chicken parmigiana and he really enjoyed it this time. Last time they burnt the crust of the chicken. But we did mention it and it came out perfect. I was upset that once we got seated it was literally 30min until I had to finally go up to the hostess and tell them that know one has been by to ask us what we wanted to drink or anything. Even with making eye contact with multiple people. They weren’t extremely busy or anything so was pretty confused on that part. They did offer us free cheese bread, which was very nice and delicious btw. Other than that mistake everything was great.
I met some folks here for a fun get together and thoroughly enjoy my dinner, good company and attentive staff. I had the Old Spagetti Factory Traditional Sausage served on spagetti noodles and with green salad and a scoop of ice cream for desert. Hot seasoned bread with marinara dipping sauce was superb.I was able to include a cup of hot cocoa and after diner coffee. The restaurant is new and of impressive wood work timbers creating a large high ceiling with large windows and impressive light fixtures. The view from our table included the Willamette River and with passing ships decorated in festive holiday lights, amazing!.
