Best tacos in town. Hands down.
One of the best Mexican food trucks ever! Good prices, large portions amazing food. Have never had anything here I didn’t love. Don’t forget the lime snickerdoodles!

We tried the Meddling Lime at their new location in Oregon City. Since trying them once we have been back a dozen times. They accommodate allergies, their salsa is ON POINT, and the food is delicious! I am always hunting for a fresh tasty taco or bowl, and the Meddling Lime has been our go to. You will not be disappointed!!
GREAT tacos. I recommend the fried chicken and there is some kind of fish taco as well. I can't remember what it's called but it's fantastic! Order at least 3 tacos. Start there and then get more...cuz you will want to.

Just picked up a Chipotle Beef Bowl and their Chicken Verde Crispy rice and it was all so delicious. Huge amounts, reasonable prices, fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Definitely gonna keep this place in our lunch rotation
First time eating at The Meddling Lime today and I am so grateful this Mexi-Inspired cart is in my neighborhood! I tried 4 tacos: the cauliflower, the beet & avocado, the shrimp, and the cod. Each was packed with flavors that melded perfectly together and their salsa verde and salsa roja was on point! Plus the price was right. ^_^ I will certainly be back to try their bowls, etc.
I don't leave a crazy amount of reviews but one thing I have to say..They have by far THE BEST braised beef taco I've ever had!! Even the pastor was top notch. legit don't hesitate to try their food. They keep the toppings light so you really get the full flavor. The salsas also hit. Try it, love it, you won't be disappointed.
Absolutely delicious!! The al pastor bowl, burrito and crispy rice were amazing. I would definitely recommend. This food cart is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood.
