The carts seem to change here often, and the cards that have been there seem to be okay to average. Chubby bunny is definitely a good spot for some vegetarian / vegan breakfast.

Best cart location in town! "The Bite" is more than just The Bite. This food cart pod as we call them is a community of badasses!! From the regular customers to the cart owners to all the people who show up to make the magic happen behind the scenes and at the counter. The Bite consists of many businesses and efforts and much passion that cannot be wrapped up into a name or a property name. Best wishes to everyone involved and I have gratitude to the fullest from the time I've spent there, the many fantastic meals, and beers with great friends!
Nice little pod, lots of choices for food with less for beer.
A little nook of carts serving some tasty meals. Viking Soul Food was very good. Scooters meet there on Monday nights too.
