I would give negative stars if I could. I don't normally write reviews but had to warn people about the down hill of this place. I used to frequent this place before covid and was in the mood for some good teriyaki. NOT THE CASE. Charged 15 dollars for the most disgusting orange chicken and fried rice ive ever had. Even the side of chicken and teriyaki sauce was bland and tasted like they mixed the sauce with soy sauce to stretch the amount. The orange chicken was slimy and salty.
This is the worst Teriyaki I had ever in life. On top of that the food taste was disgusting. In addition, they served food in broken plate which I never saw before. Anyway, it was horrible experience. I want to provide this restaurant a negative 5 stars!
Every dish is delicious and they are kind and polite people! The food is very well made and at fantastic prices, the restaurant is kept very clean and the menus are easy to understand.
My kiddo and I have been coming to Teriyaki Bowl about once every other week since we moved to Portland about 6 months ago. It's kind of got a hole-in-the-wall feel to it, which I love. The owners are extremely nice. The portion size is generous, which is especially great considering the price is really reasonable.

Tried this place out and am pretty let down. I got the hot n spicy and it’s not spicy nor hot. They put zucchini in it (I took it out) which is the only thing I’m allergic to. I would have stressed about it but I have never had hot n spicy with zucchini in it and I have ate at tons of teriyaki places. The meat is definitely McDonald kinda vibes and overcooked, it’s really close to home so I was excited to have this shop but unfortunately I won’t be buying here again.
Never a bad meal. Great people.
It is edible. Portion size is good. I got the large/regular size.
I love the teriyaki from this place. It's served hot and The quality of their ingredients seems very good. The people who run the restaurant are friendly.
