Teardrop Lounge is just as good now (2022) as it was pre pandemic. Probably my favorite cocktail bar of anywhere in the world (except maybe the Jefferson in Auckland, NZ) and definitely worth your time to visit. Don’t miss the pickled deviled eggs. They are the best. And if you don’t drink alcohol, they make great mocktails too! The food menu while short is robust and relatively gluten free friendly as well.
A lovey approach to innovate the craft cocktail scene. Truly something for everyone who enjoys a delicious drink. The service is excellent!
During my first visit to Portland, a group of friends/colleagues and I stopped by Teardrop Lounge to unwind after a long day. The vibe was excellent, the drinks were perfect, and we all had a good time.I especially love that their menu makes it easy for non-whisky/first-time whisky drinkers to pick something they might like. I’m a huge fan of the whisky chart (attached photo).Lastly, and certainly not least, our waiter, Dan, was super chill and took great care of us. I highly recommend checking this venue out.
Excellent cocktail bar! I love it! The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was super friendly and talkative. They know their cocktails, I am vodka specific and every drink was so tasty. House of balloons, cosmopolitan, belvedere and bartenders choice. The charcuterie board was tasty and I love to complement cocktails with it. Cheers everyone!Please have an army navy, shot of green chartreuse, clover club and a heat wave.
Such an elegant, classy vibe. My friend brought me here and we came twice just because I enjoyed it so much. Peruse was so friendly and helpful. Emily is also quite an experienced bartender and very friendly to have a conversation with. They knew exactly what kind of cocktails to whip up for me. I usually don't like cocktails very much, but I genuinely enjoyed what I got here. And I was also very happy with the price. The best cocktails I've ever had, truly! Amazing experience, I would surely return the next time I come to Portland.
Everything about this place is amazing. The customer service is excellent, cocktails are the best I’ve ever had, and food is DELICIOUS! Order the pork belly buns and oysters- they’re amazing. It’s a great vibe inside and you feel so welcome, one of my new favorite spots in Portland
I don’t drink cocktails all too much as I stick to beer for the most part. But everything I had was so out of my comfort zone but I just trusted our server and she hooked it up with back to back to back winners. Definitely a good date night after dinner or before a show type of spot.
I highly recommend. Teardrop is number 1 on my top 5 of the best cocktail bars in Portland. The bartender is absolutely amazing! If you’re not sure what to try, ask him to surprise you within your taste. He’s magic, I swear.
