Since the onset of Covid, tastebud has been working on a skeleton schedule, but unlike many places, they haven’t increased capacity in any way so it’s been tough to even place an order.The ingredients are consistently top of the line, all the way through. The crust is fluffy yet chewy and full of flavor, great proportions of sauce to cheese and toppings are good but sparse. The letdown is that, despite the pizza being too dollar, at a minimum, 1/3 of the slice is completely crust. I mean, the crust is good but I don’t want to pay $28 for a gigantic wood fired piece of bread…

Amazing pizza and really unique flavor combinations. Love seeing what they put out each week. Especially fond of the pepperoni pickle when they have it!
Excellent vibes and super attentive service. The food was fresh and enchanting. Will definitely recommend this spot to friends and family. Reasonable prices and big meals. Great job.

I'm sure this place is not the best pizza in the world and likely not the best pizza in Portland; however, it is the best pizza I have ever had. The Herbivore Pizza was outstanding.
After quite a bit of initial difficulty in trying to contact Tastebud regarding a large order, everything has been sorted out and I feel much better about the interaction.Tastebud's food is always amazing and they have great drinks. The servers and bartenders' service usually leaves something to be desired and you can pretty much always guarantee a wait, but this is still a restaurant my family loves and hope to return to post-COVID.
