T4 has a great selection of drink options as well as snacks. Menu selection is customizable for sweetness level and ice level. Multiple options for traditional tapioca pearls and popping boba as well as jellies. Nice atmosphere and natural lighting. Usually has open seating inside as most people take their items to-go.Recent break-in is most unfortunate and the business is currently not accepting cash at all, but the staff are wonderful.
Passion fruit smoothie w/ half sugar.Wow! - what a great drink, definitely worth the price. Tons of fresh passion fruit puree (and seeds, but that's how you know its good).Overall taste was 98/100 but consistency was 92/100 - some of the ice chunks were too large to fit through the boba straw. Not a big deal and basically the only flaw with the drink.Order service was a prompt and professional, order up service was a nice smile.I'll be back for sure. One last thing - you guys need to clean the savory odors from the place, it's kinda gross going in for something sweet (95% your menu) and having overwhelming smells of chicken and lobster roll odors. Install a vent please.
They were slammed with orders while I was there and still got my order out in minutes. Delicious boba, amazing place. Definitely recommend.
Good place to grab a refreshing drink when you are in the area. I liked the lychee green tea with grass jelly (ask for minimal sweet and ice). The drink definitely does the trick after eating something heavy. Service was quick and friendly.
Definitely one of my favourite boba spots in Portland. I usually get the Thai milk tea or chocolate milk tea, and both are consistently delicious!
RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS FRIED FOODS I’ll speak to the milk teas in a bit but you MUST TRY THEIR FRIED STREET FOOD it’s possibly more delicious than the original. The store owner is so kind and takes care to ask for feedback and make sure things taste the way she wants it to. My mind was blown by the popcorn chicken and fried squid; the seasonings, the crisp, the lack of oily residue after you stuff your face… I will always remember and miss this taste. As for the milk tea, quite standard with better overall flavor and tea than others in the area. I like that the sweetness adjustments taste true to scale; overall, not too sweet. The seating and decor is perhaps too simple, but the food is incomprehensible… 10/5 if I could.
The curly fries here are bussin. They are so good I would eat these for the rest of my life I swear. I got them yesterday and got addicted to them and I just ordered them again they are so good oml.
Found a bubble tea which can be actually called bubble tea.\\nThis definitely satisfy my bubble tea cravings.\\nOrdered the loyal peach tea.\\nSadly the pearls were sold out.\\nThe tea was fragrant and linger on your tongue long after you took that sip. Really great tea they used. The flavours and aroma are world class as well total love these kinds of tea which is light yet aromatic on the taste buds.\\nVery floral very subtle sweetness to it.\\n\\nPopcorn chicken !!\\nAnd the chicken went down so smoothly and into my heart that flavour of home.\\nThis chicken I still love this kind of flavours best.\\nSo much going on with each bite too delicious.\\n\\nAs singapore have so much brands of bubble tea and here not that much. But we have T4 back in sg so i am happy with the quality.
I LOVE their bubble tea? it’s very authentic and the Taiwanese popcorn chicken is ??perfect too!!!! It feels like home ❤️ RECOMMENDED
Passed by Portland so I picked up thai milk tea and chocolate egg waffle to go. The egg waffle was delicious! The thai milk tea would have been great if it doesn't have strong peppermint in there. Overall, I'd go back but don't get thai milk tea from here.
