Ate lunch here on my birthday and it was so much fun! I loved being able to pick out a bunch of different rolls and share them with my partner. The sushi was very good, and I especially enjoyed the strawberry mochi! It was cool being able to look at a menu with pictures to get an idea of what was in each item. I will definitely be back!
6.18.22: decent.Easy to see and locate off Broadway. Waitstaff was adequate, kinda hard to talk too. Sushi was ok. If you need a quick bite, this would be a reasonable place to eat. Had better; but overall a decent place to eat. Price here is moderate.
This place was pretty good. I’m very into sushi and it takes a lot to impress me. They keep the belt stacked which is always good. They could get more creative with it but to each is own. 4/5 stars from me.
Nice little place for some tasty conveyor-belt sushi. Being there mid-day didn't offer the greatest variety, but we made a few orders to get what we were looking for. The seaweed salad has a delicious dressing. All affordable and tasty!
4/5 This has become our go-to spot for cheap and quick sushi. No complaints about service. Only giving them 5 stars because they don’t always have certain plates out on the conveyer belt. Would love to see more side dishes like sesame balls, seaweed salad, edamame, tempura as well as sashimi on rotation. Will come back here again.
Really good sushi. Multiple options. Only reason why it's not 5 stars is because they don't put out some of the menu items that I love (shrimp pop, dumplings, ice cream puffs). Not sure if there's a special day/time when they load them, but out of the 7-8 visits I've seen them once. I heard that you can request them tho. Otherwise, nice people and quick service.
I'm always satisfied coming here. Never a disappointing meal, always friendly & usually fast when ordering your sushi. The spider rolls are the best!Features: The staff all had masks on but not a single patron, to be fair I didn't either.
One of the few places that opens late on weeknights. While the "boats" are cute, we usually just order off the menu in the evening, especially closer towards closing. The prices are definitely among some of the best for sushi. Unfortunately, we placed a order to take some stuff with us and were shortchanged an item, hence the 4 stars.
My worst sushi dine-in experience ever! We got here, tonight, at 9:10 PM (they close at 10 PM) and we were the last table to get served (it took them a while to get to us). The sushi was delicious, but we were not able to truly enjoy this experience due to the pressure that we felt to get out of the restaurant. Midway through our eating experience (9:35 PM) we were told to go pay due to the cashier closing. The floors were already being moped and It felt dangerous to even walk from table 14 to the counter. The worst part of this experience was that the moping was literally inches away from us and I could not breath due to the smell of the moping solutions - it was unbearable. We quickly ate and left before 9:50 PM. If you are going to advertise late dine-in experience be cognizant of your desire to go home and don’t serve people past 9 PM.
This is the the best place for budget sushi in Portland. They are very busy so nothing sits long. The staff is competent and polite but very busy so don't expect a five star dining experience if you done in, just one of the best values in Portland. The salmon nagiri is especially good there.
