Five stars & “Stacy” is the super star!Amazing customer service, far exceeding expectations; it's just making you feel welcome and delighted to serve you to their best! The food is of a home-cooked quality, and I savored every bite! Thank you so much, Stacy, for providing me with an enjoyable meal!

I had avocado toast and oven dried tomato scramble. It was amazing! Me and my husband kept saying this is a must-revisit place when we get Portland next time. Thanks for the wonderful meal.

What a great surprise. After dropping my husband off at the Portland airport I googled nearest vegan restaurant. It’s only about 10 minutes from PDX. The breakfast sandwich was amazing and the potato’s were the perfect add on. I had to take some Mac n cheese for the road as I can never find good vegan options. YUM YUM YUM. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Portland. Also, the restaurant has a great vibe and the owner was super kind.

This place has been on my "must try" list for awhile now. The Elotes burrito from Supernova Vegan might very well be the best burrito I've eaten in Portland, not to mention it is giant and could easily make 2 decent sized meals.I got take out this time, but my experience with the staff was lovely and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Their menu is varied and unique. They have outdoor seating, which I look forward to taking advantage of when it warms up a bit. I will definitely be visiting Supernova Vegan again sometime soon.

My wife is a Supernova freak! She is the cowboy they make food for! Lol. Anyways it’s a great stop for some vegan “junk food”! Easy to order online and always has a quick turn around time.

Ok, I have been around Portland, Nevada, Texas, California, Washington, Virginia and I can say, that the Vegan Gluten Free Cheese Cake, I just ate was heaven in every bite. I honestly did not think about Weight Watchers once, in a single bite. First Nation Stamp of approval, love this shop and Uses Bobs Red Mill Local loves Local loves Local! Creator Bless this Business as I need more and more of this sugar cookie creation, I wish I would have saved it till last. The other two look sad now, not bad I just know, it will not be the same! Tres Leches and Whoopi Pie, well here is to living. Enjoy stop in try it all!

On of my favorite vegan food places! The desserts are all amazing, and I love the mac and cheese as well.

So, I just got takeout from Supernova for the first time. I am only writing this review (while eating said takeout) because I was already on Google, asking Google if Supernova Vegan was reeeally vegan. It is suspiciously good. Like, who do I have to sell my soul to in order to learn how to make this tempeh Mac? Is there a forest wizard I have to contact? I can't even talk about the hot coco cupcake because WHAT? There was a tiny straw in it. It was almost too cute to eat... almost. They also give you approximately 30lbs of mac in one order. You could feed a family of 4 with it. Will I do that? No. But I will magnanimously share leftovers with my tomorrow self.Eat here.

Amazing for breakfast and dinner. Flavors are huge and so tasty! One of the best vegan places in Portland, and that's saying something.
