Waiting 15 minutes for my coffee. It seem like one barista was making all the coffee, while 5 others stood around talking to each other..so frustrating.
I love Starbucks! I got a pink cake pop for my daughter, she LOVED IT! This Starbucks is great!
Don't understand why they have to be rude to paying, tipping customers. No wonder they can't find a better job.
Got a chai tea latte and it tasted awful, it tasted like spoiled milk, could not drink it I had to throw it away because it tasted so bad

Ordered via mobile in store, waited 30 minutes to get a drink, which was made wrong. Scraped off the whip cream and got the hell out. The people who ordered in person after we came in got their order first, queue stack problem. They are extremely slow. Avoid this location at all costs.
Came here to look at pastries and not buy anything, but the fox cake pop was just too cute!It looked exactly like the fox emoji!?The cake pop itself was pretty good. Really soft and sweet. I hadn't had any sugary foods in a while, and could definitely taste it here.The actual shell of the cake pop was nice too; not too thick like some others. Really good ratio overall.The hard part was stopping at just one!
Friendly staff and quick service. Great location to hang out in the promenade behind the store and just people watch our listen to some live music
No baked goods. Counter empty. Was told they just ran out. The place looked empty, almost lifeless. I did get a beverage. Not coming back to this location.
I don’t like leaving reviews usually but when you go to the same location and order the same thing (venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew with two pumps of cane sugar added) and the staff either just flat out mess up your order by making it wrong or trying to give me a size I didn’t pay for is extremely frustrating. Maybe do something about the volume of the music so you can actually hear your guests.
