Made my drink wrong, twice in a row. Asked for a crème frappe with coconut milk and no whip cream, as I am lactose intolerant, half the drink was whip. Mentioned the error and was given a remake but with coffee and as a venti, I do not drink coffee and Didn’t have anymore time to stay for a third remake. Was very upset with their drink making and not paying attention to small details that could have an unfortunate outcome. Would not recommend.
I love stopping by this Starbucks immaterial I'm thirsty or need coffee.Every time, I was treated really nice. All the staff here are friendly and equally courteous and I felt all the staff I have come across is really kind and customer focused.They make sure you are well treated and accepted. I don't have better words to explain - I feel free and happy to go into this location because I am so well accepted and given a great service all the time.They are just so lovely, considerate and so human and the best I've experienced.Now about the location - its at one of the entrances to Cascade station mall (Max station is across the street) the store is very spacious and seating is arranged well spaced and serves as a great informal interview spot.There's many choices of seating - a quiet corner just for you or in the middle of hustle and bustle for the socialite or the right place for a work project.There's also seating outside at two entrances that I enjoy most times.Overall, great location - great staff - great service plus a well made latte or a cafe o'lait.
just called here asking for help with the app and the woman who answered accused me of prank calling after she found out i was an african american. its 2022, we should be passed this as a society. First yall dont take food stamps, now this? do better starbucks.
Employee Andrea really made my trip special. She is a beautiful person and glad I had met her. Drink is always great. Ordered a Oatmilk Chai which is only drink i love there with my anti-inflammation

Friendly staff, quick service, and fresh coffee. Seating around 15 tables inside.
This is one of the busier Starbucks during the day. The layout of the building can make it feel crowded and hard to have a meeting. They do have a great courtyard that is set up well to grab a coffee and enjoy. I prefer the outside seating/courtyard because of how busy this location is. The staff are always friendly and work hard to fill drink orders quickly. The quality of the food and drink are right on for Starbucks.
I love the Ambiance of this place. Three seasons of the year they have a great outdoor seating area I ride to. You can have indoor seating now too. Friendly staff. Good service. Dine-in and take-out
