The drinks came in a timely manner and the restaurant was very clean. I liked the people and the environment. I did get coffee in my drink when I asked for no coffee, but that was most likely an accident, so I gave it 4 stars.
I would not recommend this location unless you want to be shorted on your drink every single time you go. Your coffee stops about an inch below the top of the cup and this has happened the last 3 times in a row that I have gone to this location.
Very busy Starbucks location, although they are always surprisingly quick. The staff is always very friendly, one of my all time favorite Starbucks, in Portland, at least.
Always a great environment to meet new people or clients. Great location with great ambiance! Staff always super friendly too.
Waited over 20 minutes for my order todayNobody talked to me only looked at me then when my order was ready they didn’t say anything about the order being done horrible experience at this location wil not come back
Update: You also pay more for food here. See attached pics.I often experience a long wait at this location. I've gotten unsatisfactory coffee (ex. Burnt taste, too sweet, etc.). Sometimes, they do get it right but most often do not. While employees may be friendly, they need to be better trained on company policies because they enforce rules that are different from the company rules.
There could be hardly anyone in there and it’ll still take 10 minutes to make your drink. Their coffees are always slightly off and have to be fixed at home to taste drinkable. This particular Starbucks needs to be retrained on their drinks. Just went for the last time and my peppermint mocha tastes like it has 10 pumps of peppermint in it. Went to the Starbucks down the road and got a completely different drink.
This Starbucks used to be my favorite place while I was living in Bethany. Both indoors and outdoors are so nice and great location. Especially during holiday season gigantic Christmas tree of Bethany Village is in front of the Starbucks with full of lights and decorations. Staff is very friendly and fast, everything is delicious.
Barista was great and made special no sugar chai latte!
