Everytime I try to order coffee now they tell me the window is closed while they are serving orders out the window to people in front of me, I'm a regular there I tip more then I should Everytime I order. Not anymore y'all just lost a customer.If it was busy I understand, but when I look and see one single car in the drive thru and all the girls texting and say they are too busy to take my order they can miss out on tips!
Second Chance, Last Chance.Horrible service, beyond horrible drinks and food. Disgusting. And they will purposely do it to you as well. Watch leaving those honest reviews on delivery apps. They make note and sure will mess with your order next time. Like I said, second chance, last chance. Other locations I've never had issues with. Save yourself the trouble. Litterally. Lol. Eww.

Really happy, upbeat, and helpful crew. They go above and beyond to try and make sure their customers are getting the best experience possible at this location. 10/10 would recommend going out of your way just to visit this Starbucks.
Drive thru coffee run. This is my regular place to get coffee. The staff is very friendly and theose who have been here a long time are great with customer service.
This is by far the best location in the area. Especially with their Covid customer protocol.
Online. Mobile order. I was ordering for MLK and Wielder. Order was redirected to 123rd and Division. Needed to go clear across town. Not good ?
This was the longest drive thru Starbucks I have ever experienced. 10 minutes just to be able to order. Ridiculous.
