This location is hit or miss. I've had my drinks made incorrectly multiple times and when I ask them to correct it, they reluctantly make me new ones. The first time I came here, they did not fasten my drink top and it poured all over me. Since the pandemic they have had shortages, are closed randomly and have adjusted their hours numerous times. The locations in Safeway and Fred meyer are more reliable - also the MLK location is always on point.
Lillian was fabulous. She greeted me so happy and she was very professional and knowledgeable! I will def. come back to see her.
Line gets pretty crazy in the drive thru but it's the only drive thru coffee stand for miles. Customer service is always super friendly and drinks never made incorrectly. Plus, towards the end of school year and during Summer, the staff never fussed when my kids stopped by for water only.
The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. They make drinks incorrectly and then are rude when you ask them to fix it. Wouldn’t take much effort to be apologize and remake it!! CUSTOMER SERVICE means you are serving the customer, not sure when it became ok to act like this to customers ??
I went to Starbucks for a gift card for my grand-daughter. It was later and only the drive thru was open. It was quick and I was out of there within 5 minutes.
Very rude drive thru girl. I'll make my coffee at home. 20 minute wait on top of that. It ain't worth it.
Update your online hours when you randomly close. Waste of people's time.That being said they move pretty fast for always being jammed packed earlier in the day.

I love Starbucks. And I love this Starbucks. But this Starbucks drive thru can sometimes move at the rate of watching paint dry. Or watching a turtle trying to move quick. Or wait for that cute quiet boy to finally make a move. Sigh. Yet here I am. Still waiting in the drive thru 20 minutes later for a cold brew.
