Tea there is very high quality, and the employees are very aware of the teas and can give you taste testing that can help which tea is proper for you.

Staff was super friendly and are tea experts. Talked thoroughly with my wife answering all questions she had. Ended up getting a to go cup, 6 for $6 pick your own sampler sachets, and a tin. She was absolutely ecstatic about the experience afterwards. I dont care for tea but it was well worth the visit just to see her smile and hear her joy at the endeavor.

The quality of tea produced here is impeccable; moreover, the servers in the cafe are great, above & beyond the call of duty. You can watch the production team work in the factory through a glass wall. Very unique. Impressive. I shall return ???

The shop is clean and not cluttered. Very aromatic, a good way. Has a front porch to sit on while drinking tea or one may drink inside. Delicious tea.

Smith tea is my mom's favorite tea! My sister and I took mom here for her birthday. We had fun, we ordered a tasting flight, a pot for 2, and some little bites. The banana sunflower seed bread was our favorite! The staff was accommodating and great! My only complaint would be that they didn't steep the tea long enough for the flight, it was a little weak and not so flavorful like their tea usually is. Overall it was a good experience and you should check them out!

Great tea experience! Love the vibe of the place. Super kind staffs who are very knowledgeable about teas. And also you can purchase special teas here that you cannot buy at stores.

Really cool little tea room, where you can see how they do the batch processing. Lots of different varieties of teas are available. We got a nice flight of four teas to try with little descriptions and a little jars of loose tea. The store also offers some really nice sampler packs of bagged teas as well as loose teas and bags to make your own at home!Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, even despite the fact we came in just a bit before they were closing.

Being a sencha, matcha and chai drinker, going tea-tasting at Smith Teamaker was a fantastic experience! Got to try Fujian Oolongs, Japanese Genmaicha (brown-rice tea), Taiwanese Ali Shan Oolongs and many other Black tea blends with Ceylon Dimbulla, teas from Assam, Italy and Yunnan/Anhui provinces in China. It makes a perfect winter afternoon experience.

I placed an order online last week and received no confirmation that the order was received despite my card being charged. I attempted to contact them twice through their website and received no reply. At this point I will have to go through my card to get the charge reversed since I have no way of knowing if they even intend to fill my order.

I bought Smith Teamaker’s British Brunch blab tea in individual pouches. The tea tastes great. However, the pouches are impossibly cheap and flimsy, that I won’t purchase this again. The string that is used to attach the tab to the teabag is so weak that it breaks every time. In addition the packaging for each teabag often has the string trapped in the sealed edges and freeing it causes the string to break. It’s really too bad, cause the tea is great, but it’s impossible to use so I can’t recommend.
