[Update] I updated my rating to 3 stars. I went back to get a refund and there was very little hassle and the cashier Celia was very understanding. However, I was lectured by a woman who seemed like a manager and said, "all guacamole has cilantro in it every time anywhere you go, even if it's just a little bit." I know for a fact this isn't true because you can easily buy prepared guacamole at a grocery store that doesn't have it. There was no need for her to be condescending like that. She was also griping about the fact that I requested some ingredients removed, which is apparently considered a "modification" which is not allowed. The manager refused to acknowledge the fact that there was red rice that had tomato in it that I was not informed about after mentioning it several times, but the cashier took responsibility and apologized at least. [End of update]I ordered the El Guapo without the pumpkin seed avocado salsa, no pico de gallo, and no bell peppers. It's still came with avocado which had cilantro in it. It also came with red rice. I'm allergic to tomato and cilantro tastes like soap to me.I even asked specifically about all the ingredients and told them that I was allergic to tomato. They need a more detailed and precise ingredients list of what is in the burrito. If you have any food allergies, intolerances, or aversions to certain foods, you should probably list them all out to be safe.I will say that at least the cashier and cook were friendly to interact with so at least there's something positive.

I was thrilled when this little burrito bar opened in the neighborhood! This is low key environment with delicious eats and kind staff. Both their vegan and veggie burritos are great and use in season vegetables. They've added back chips and salsa and a daily happy hour too. Ample sunshine for the sunny days and cover for soggy ones at this cart. Oh, and their salsas are fantastic too!

Hands down the best burrito in Portland! They are juicy, flavorful, crunchy, creamy, spicy and all around perfect. The Sunday breakfast burritos pictured were a happy surprise.

Some of the best burritos I’ve ever had. My husband and I split the beef Barbacoa or chile rojo and it’s enough food for both of us if we get chips on the side. The barbacoa is incredibly rich and flavorful.Cheap, filling and sooo delicious. One of our go-to places now! The guy working there is also super nice.

Great food & drinks with live music on a sunshiny Sunday!

Some of the best (perhaps the best) burritos in the city. I've eaten my way through nearly their entire menu, just 'the baja one's to go. Great beer selection and a few cocktails too. Staff is always super friendly. Never a long wait either so tell everyone to check them out cause they deserve it for sure!

If you aren’t hip to this yet, Smart Donkey has the best burritos I have ever had, and I have eaten a truckload of burritos between Chicago and pdx in my time. I have tried 4 so far and will try them all, and I am not remotely vegan. Really wonderful affordable food here. When I have been there there are few customers, so I worry. It might help if they took down the Red Hen Car Wash sign and put up their own. I have a seriously vested interest in their longevity. Don’t miss this gem. No surprise Osvaldo Bibiano of Autentica and Uno Mas is behind this, so darn good.

The best burritos in PDX! Great patio spot and delicious food and drinks. Wonderful humans too. I had a michelada and the Picadillo con huevos (a Sunday breakfast burrito special ?) which was amazing ?

Each burrito has a very unique flavor. Oswaldo is always nailing his recipes all over this town! Every time I order I find I have a new favorite burrito. They are huge! Ride your bike to the patio, grab a burrito and michelada, and enjoy!

Oswaldo is a true staple in the Portland culinary community. always providing us with amazing food and creative combinations. thank you
