I'm delighted to have found this place. The food is fresh and flavorful. Definitely the best I've had in the Portland area. The staff are welcoming and kind. We ordered take-out, but I look forward to dining in and enjoying the friendly environment.

This place has the best spiced Ethiopian food I've ever had. Start with the veggie combo or the special combo with meat (similar variety as the veggie combo but with an egg and minced meat and spicy red lentils). One less star because it's takeout only and there was a 15+ min wait (but worth it)Now 5 stars since dine in happens soon!
We chose Sisters to try Ethiopian food for the first time, and are glad we did. The lady that took our order was happy to recommend stuff. We ultimately got the special with meat since we wanted to try a little of everything. There was enough food for the 2 of us AND leftovers, which I feel is absolutely not expensive at all!! Everything was delicious and the folks there were very nice! Thanks for a yummy beginning to our stay in Portland!
Husband and I traveled from Salem to try Ethiopian food for the first time yesterday, 1.7.22. We savored every bite during the experience of trying the special combo which includes Injera, beef, veggies, boiled egg, along with another plate of the lamb tibs. Super clean, tasty, and overall healthy! The next time i come around i'm looking forward to trying the Doro Wot. Definetly reccomend and worth the drive!
Holy cow, we had never had Ethiopian food before last night. This place was amazing! We both loved it. I really like that it's a great place for both vegetarians and carnivores. It's also an enormous amount of food. We had enough leftovers for a complete breakfast this morning. Wow, fantastic and unique flavors. I'm definitely coming back.
I am Rastafarian and I love ethiopian food. This is the first Ethiopian restaurant I have tried in portland. Every time I try a new Ethiopian restaurant I get my favorite, miser wot and it was absolutely delicious! Best I've had so far. I will be back for sure. Blessing and one perfect love ??❤
Outstanding food and service! I ordered the veggie platter. It was big enough for two meals. Short wait time. Great staff! Currently only accepting take out orders. Call ahead of time to see if dining in is an option.
