Food test beautiful, Customerservice excellent, worth every penny! You’ll be SORRY if you haven’t tried this place!
They used canned chicken in the shawarma not marinated this is not fair avoid this place go to the one in downtown they make way better
Ordered chicken shawarma gyro and lamb gyro. Server was very friendly and the food came out fast. However, would’ve liked employee to have a mask (during COVID pandemic + Oregon mask mandate while handling food). The gyro was very full, mostly with lettuce and cucumber and the pita crumbled and cracked while eating it. Not much meat in either gyro. Was filling but would not go back and would not suggest to friends.
Called they’re number to see if their open, because they sandy blvd locations was closed. It was 8:05pm. They confirmed the cartlandia was open. Got there, lights open, shutters open, then guy sticks his head out, “sorry we’re closed”. Wasted gas wasted time. Zero stars if possible.

I love this place. The meat is excellent, the falafel is excellent, the portions are big, the vegetables and sauces are tasty. The hummus is fresh-made, the lamb is great, the chicken and beef is great, the combo is great. I've had the gyro and the saj and the combo meals and it's all good. I eat here all the time and I love it. I recommend it.
The lamb gyro and lamb Saj are best. Highly recommend
I have stopped here for sweet potato fries on long bike rides 3 times now. They’re always delicious and the staff is extremely friendly!

Today was the first time I've had Shwarma Express at the Cartlandia food cart pod and I was so pleased!!!! the food was full of flavor, fresh, and so good it felt like a religious experience eating lunch. I brought home food for my roommate in salem and it held up perfectly. My husband got Chinese and after trying a bite of my lamb gyro he wish he ate at Shwarma Express too!
