Thankfully I looked down before taking my next bite… needless to say, I will not be returning. $14 for iceberg lettuce and a few falafels in a tortilla.. if I didn’t just drive home I would return. I called and tried to see if they could reverse the charge to our card but they said no. Unfortunate, but also just my experience. My fiancé liked her lamb gyro.
The most bland gryo I've ever had. There was no flavor to the chicken or the sauce. It was also insanely expensive for a gyro, $14!
Everything I’ve had has been really good and really filling! The customer service is on point. Quick and delicious.
Stood right out front of the food truck waiting to order and worker complained ignored and didn’t come take our order. We felt so dumb. We walked away still hungry. We definitely won’t be coming back. Didn’t even get to try the food because of the bad service. Thanks
Meat was uncooked, no taste at all, no sauce, and without any flavor. Just lettuce and uncooked pita bread with uncooked meat. Expensive as well. Waste of money, there are better more authentic places worth the while.
The man working was rude to me when I ordered, and then he actually yelled at me for “taking too long” to pick up my food, even though I was sitting within 15 feet of the cart and got my food within 5 minutes of ordering it, after I’d already tipped 15%. The food was disappointing as well, on top of everything else.
Shawarma Express is the best for everyone
Was maybe the best gyro I've ever had. Optional spicy sauce was great. Had peppers on it too
If you’re crazy enough to drive from Seattle to LA, please stop by Portland and try Shawarma Express in Rose City Food Park. We had the best saj ever and Aiden (sp?) was super welcoming.
Tried this place because we have veggie and meat preferences and it was conveniently open when we needed to dine. I found the felafel had an odd taste as if they might use something other than chick peas.Rice was done well. Humans was watery and also had an odd flavor.
