I like share tea in Beaverton came to burnside thought it will be similar. It wasn't as great. Sorry I didn't like the attitude first poor listening skill of the person taking order. 3 star for sharetea burnside.

I drink milk tea at this location almost everyday for the last 6 months because its near my workplace. Today is my last day I drink at this Burnside location. My order has been always easy, classic black milk tea. Couple times I got the black milk tea with "chunky cremer powder" in my milk tea, I guess because the stafff didnt stir well so the cremer powder didnt dissolve in tea. I got the same thing happened today, come back to explain for the onwer, the middle age lady. There was no sorry at all from her, and her face didnt look happy. I told her the same thing about last time, all she said is "there shouldnt be!" I dint know if she thought that I came back for a free drink or what? Hell no. All I need is my drink got made right because I paid for it! I didnt need anything free! If the service like this, I dont see any point that I need to come back where the onwer doesnt value her customer

Fast and friendly service.Taro ice with pudding was good.Taro milk tea with pearls and pudding? I don't know if I just ordered a bad combo, but it was nasty ? it really tasted like something had gone bad and I could not drink it. Wished I had tasted my drink before I left; that's on me.
Vibe was just kinda off. Dark, crowded, only 1 person can see the menu at a time. Bubble tea isn’t bad but the staff were indifferent at best.
Excellent drinks, good service. Every flavor we’ve tried seems to have more depth/complexity than other places.
We love this place. Good variety, creative takes on bubble tea that we haven't seen anywhere else, and staff is friendly and usually quick. No food here so snack somewhere else. Also, parking is usually pretty terrible, so plan on having to walk a few blocks.
The staff are AMAZING! 10/10, will be recommending this shop to all of my friends and colleagues. Best customer service I've ever had.
Game changer! Best bubble tea I've ever had. The tapioca pearls stay chewy instead of getting mushy, and they actually have a lightly sweet flavor of their own, unlike all the sad unflavored boba I've had before. They offer multiple vegan options, and I love that I'm able to customize tea type, ice level, and sweetness to get exactly what I like every time. This is my last day working with clients in this neighborhood for now, but I ended up going to Sharetea three times in three days, so I'll definitely go out of my way to hit them up again soon.
