This place looks unassuming but the flavor is on point. The food is fresh, the spice is spicy and the bang for your buck is refreshing in a city like Portland. Definitely would suggest for anyone who wants a comforting meal. This place had exactly what I wanted after a weekend with friends and I couldn't have asked for better.

Absolutely fire food. I got the basil fried rice, pad Thai, crab rangoon, and Thai coffee. The staff were super kind and helpful, I got great service. I honestly haven’t had pad thai, crab Rangoon, or fried rice this good in years. I don’t live in the area and options for any type of Asian food are limited at home, so I often try new places when travelling. This place is getting saved in my bookmarks so I remember where it is next time I’m in town.

First off, the pho was amazing! I really enjoyed and appreciated that the menu made note of gluten free foods. The service and people are very nice here. My boyfriend had the bánh mì and my dad has the pad thai and they very much enjoyed it. We all enjoyed having a nice delicious lunch here. Thank you!!

Came with several coworkers. I got the Laas, which was good but not what i expected. Kind of a warm salad. The Pad Thai, Pho, and Chicken and Rice plates recieved high praise from the rest of the group though.Good food, I'm not going to hold my local off knowledge against them. I look forward to coming back.Friendly and attentive and interactive staff. They want you to want to come back. We will.

I’ll start by saying the people that work here are very nice both times we have been in. The food however is terrible, the chicken pad Thai I had wasn’t even edible it was so salty. The chicken pho my wife ordered was extremely bland. The springs rolls were not good either. The Thai ice tea was pretty good. I don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. The first time we went was last year and it was just bland, this time around I was even more disappointed

The food is so fresh and delicious! Everything was very well seasoned. The owner and employees are so nice. What a great experience, thank you!

Decided to try this new place in our neighborhood of North Portland. We tried the Vietnamese rice plate. The chicken was a little on the dry side with not much flavor. We also had the Vegan Pho which was very flavorful. We tried the vegetable and pork egg rolls, the seaweed rolls and the spring rolls. They all were very delicious. The Thai milk tea with boba also was very good. The staff and owners are very friendly. The owner personally came to our table and made sure we were enjoying our food. We will definitely be back.

Great people and homey service and a good value. It's a family that runs this place and they work really hard to give you the best service possible. I usually order the pho lunch special with brisket and tripe and tendon.

Easily the best pho in Portland.Met the owners Sean and Souk and, damn, they have something special here.Alongside their amazing customer service (seriously I felt like I was talking to friends I've had for a while) comes a pho experience unlike any other I have had in Portland. The meat, specifically the steak, in the speciality pho was soooo perfect. It was NOT dried out or super chewy like others do it.I cannot put enough emphasis on the tiny details that they do well. This was an amazing lunch experience.PLUS, at lunch, they have $2 off pho happy hour. The proportions are huge and do not differ for specials compared to normal price = same quantity.I tapped out about halfway through my pho; my leftovers are enough for another meal. These are owners that eat (literally), sleep, and breathe their business. Sean had leg surgery and was back at work immediately.Souk is a personality worthy of her restaurant's name, sassy, and full of life.I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. They will be seeing more of me.I didn't get to try the boba tea but it looked so damn good that I will be back for some.Souk and Sean, keep up the amazing work. You have something truly special here in North Portland.
