Awesome chicken sandwich, love that they are still doing QR codes for ordering, and the dry hopped hazy was delicious. Another good stop at Sasquatch.
Great food and great beers. Both are reasonably priced (as at Feb 2022) as well (roughly $11 for a sandwich, $3 for fries/side, $6 a beer. All were of high quality.
Fantastic choice of beers. Love their hazy IPA's. Service was awesome! Beer got to our table within 2 mins of ordering on phone.
Sat in Over and Out, as overflow for a dinner crowd. We had the paté, Mediterranean salad, and smoked trout salad. GREAT portions. Vibe in that dining area was exactly what I was looking for. Maybe it's more like a sports bar on other nights? I noticed a pool table and TVs that were a little out of place for the feel that it was giving.
Great little spot. Awesome staff. The beers were tasty and fresh. If you are anywhere near Portland Oregon, we recommend you stop by for some beer and food.
Fast service, nice venue, quality food, great beer and cider. When I'm in the area I will often return to this brewery for a reliable good time. Some of the things I really appreciate:They have a full bar, it's behind the counter and hard to see but if you can't drink beer or prefer not to you have options.Sauces: they make their own I think, their BBQ is original and tasty (more of a glaze, not "ketchuppy" tg).Ciders: yes its a brewery but seriously you have to try their ciders. Extremely well balanced and dry, 9/10+ The beer is stellar too but I have to call out ciders - don't miss these.Healthy & Veg options: very easy to eat healthy real food here, lots of great substitution options for all dietary needs, multiple veg options even tho the menu is short.I'm not sure if they will ever go back to full table service (not sure if they transitioned prior to pandemic or?) But things come out quickly and you can rest assured your orders on your phone aren't being blackholed. The menu used to have a lot more entree options and the food was always very good - hope to see the menu expand again as pandemic winds down. I do wish the burger patties had a couple more oz onboard, but the chicken sandwiches are stellar - I prefer them on burger buns over the ciabatta occasionally.Overall super reliable, never let you down, good food & drinks, heated patio. If you are in the area you probably already know, if you are passing through pop in and check it out for sure.
Great Brewing Company & restaurant. I had the Nova Lager which is a nice light crisp beer. Grilled cheese was satisfying and had a little twist to it which adds character to the meal.
Beer is good. Sandwiches, Burgers and Brussels sprouts special were greatA Sweet potato fries were OK. Our regular fries were just cold and never should have been plated.
Thankful this place was open “Portland” late (aka after 8) during pandemic times. Plenty of patio space and dog friendly. We came with friends after a 5 mile hike to get some dinner. My wife and I ordered salads for each of us and a beer. We opted to add on a few of the additional salad items. We paid $44 plus tip for the meal. I got 3 additional items which made my salad $18. Fried chicken was extremely thin and skimpy. Avocado similar. Paid $2 extra for the garlic bread, which was half of an upside down ciabatta roll. The dressing was ok. It hard to mess up a salad and after a long hike it did the job, but it was not worth spending over $50 for the two of us. Wife enjoyed her hazy IPA. Friend who was with us was looking for a beverage, but they only had IPAs and ciders and so she opted for a soda water. She got the chicken sandwich and said the chicken was too thin, the slaw and sauce on it was meh. Fries ok. Other friend got macaroni and cheese. I tasted and thought it needed salt. So did my wife and she felt the same. Friend who ordered enjoyed it. She also enjoyed her cider. Staff who we saw was friendly. Over all ok - it did the job of curbing hunger after our hike. Grateful for the greens. My cider was good.
Sasquatch has always had good beer. They have also had decent pub food. But now you order via a qr code, and servers appear mysteriously to bring your order. Little human interaction, and everyone looking at their phones. They have completely lost any pub atmosphere they had. Maybe it's because I'm old, 68, I don't like it.
