very good plates of raw fish!!! :)

Very disappointed with San Sai. The regular salmon sashimi was yummy!! However the wild caught was awful, tough, fishy and warm in comparison. I liked their curry but undortunatly the katsu chicken was so dry that I was unable to enjoy it. Tempura roll was fried which I'm not into anyway- but it wasn't even crispy. I'd order again if I was *only* ordering the farmed salmon. Over $30 down the drain ?

Really nice place to visit in the north west. They do a great job on sushi and have some very tasty bento boxes. The staff is very welcoming and very inviting. Definitely a great location for some quick Japanese food.

I was really hoping for something better! Thin cut, bone dry chicken with little sauce or seasoning on the top. Very little flavor and difficult to chew. Can't say it's even slightly close to authentic Japanese food.

-1 star: It is difficult to find what you want on this menu. On the back there is a picture of a bowl of soup with tempura in it and a 'Tempura bowl' dish with no description listed for sale right next to it. I ordered this expecting a bowl of soup and got a giant plate of average quality tempura. Why? Why would you call something served on a plate a bowl? Why would you put this next to a picture of soup? Who designed this menu?-1 star: The menu does not describe the items they have for sale, and when there are pictures they are hard to read in dim mood lighting on glossy menus.-1 star: The tempura shrimp I got was more batter than it was actually shrimp, I could do better at a food cart.-1 star: My saketini didn't get me even a little bit tipsy and I'm a lightweight.+1 star: The sushi orders were all dressed and presented quite nicely! Let the chef working sushi on Thursday night know she did a great job!Overall it was a disappointing experience, I could get better value from a food cart. I might come back for the sushi, but I will otherwise stay away and advise others to do the same.

Love this place little $$ but good food, they charge 15% on every order in or takeout so remember to add that ,

Two orders of sushi $20. They force you to add 15% to the order. Food was all packaged together so if you have food allergies be aware. I have eaten here before and their food has always been good. Their interior feels not so clean, I would recommend to go orders only.

The sushi wasn't good, they felt apart too easily and the taste was so boring. Udon wasn't good as well, both noddles (too soft and no flavor) and tempura (no flavor)

Tempura tasted like old oil. Sushi was ok and the tip was charged ahead of time. Only one person managing the front area (of course management is guilty if this). Over priced, not worth it

Excellent philly sushi roll, the best I've had yet.Very well made steak yakisoba. The meat and veggies were cooked expertly, with slightest bit of welcome charrong. The whole dish was seasoned well, no spices or seasonings overbearing or standing out.All the food ordered was a good value as well!
