You haven't lived until you've had this ramen. It's SO dang flavorful, it's the only soup-like food that I love to have year round because it's just soooo good! And the owners and staff are also the nicest people you'll ever meet, so you can feel good supporting them while nomming at some great ramen!
Threw it in the garbage and went to Akasaru.Tofu was a flavorless sponge. Could have done something to it. Broth was bland. I felt cheated out of $25.
Their Ramen is such a comforting flavor of butter and almost cheese flavored. Also got their Pistachio Onigiri with cheese inside, ugh, amazing!
Eat here now! These guy know what they’re doing.
