Best kept secret in Portland. Absolutely delicious food, and the owners are incredibly kind and generous. The owner and his wife gave me a cup of the elote soup that was a special the day I went. Fantastic pupusas, got 2 pork and cheese 1 to eat Sat and 1 to eat for dinner on Sunday. The birria taco's are the highlight as always of my trip to Sabor Casero Pupuseria. Can't wait to go back.

The pupusas are delicious! They are generous with the filling and the cheese melts perfectly. We hope to go back soon!

This is the BEST Birria tacos in all of Portland. We have tried just about all of the other well-known ones and we maintain this is the best. Not only their birria tacos and al pastor tacos are on point, their price point is just insane - you can fill an entire family for about $ 20! They are also a wonderful couple and just so, so appreciating of your patronage. Run here!
Food was good sandwich was first torta here to not fall apart. I love that bread will hold the meat.Homemade drink was good with little bits of fruits inside with a large straw to get everythingPupusas we're good I got queso Blanco and lots of filling.Will come back
Love this place. Great service continually. Fresh food with amazing flavors. This is by far the place with the best papusas. The coleslaw with the papusas is the best I ever tried. Every dish is well spiced and totally delightful.
Pupusas and other dishes are delicious. A bit greasier than I would've liked, keeping away that 5th star. Won't stop me from coming back, though.
Got the birria tacos and a pupusa. Both were great, definitely loved the tacos. Friendly staff in a decent patio location, highly recommend.
Just moved to the neighborhood and was craving pupusas. Turns out they make the best pupusas I've ever had! I cannot WAIT to try their other dishes.
